Zero Right In On The Features...Play Your Face Cards If The Property Shines!

Property with fireplaces, marble sinks, tin right in on the feature rather than just a room shot.  Close Ups...Don't Be Bashful To Zoom In!Do both unless you are stingy with your digital up the features up close and personal. Zero right in on the feature.  Many properties are Olive Oil Plain Jane so you are struggling to come up with eye candy for the viewer.  When you have the features, crank that zoom lens in and capture them. Don't just take room images and hope the viewer sees the feature in the corner...make the feature the full frame "story"Zero In On Fine Features...!

Digital photos are not costly.  Take a slug of them and sort 'em out back at the office.  Like a ball team, plan to use these stars in first attack...and then line up what other "face cards" are you going to use for reinforcement.  This will tell the viewer that this is the place ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.  This is the one they buy because of the sizzle, the excitement. | 207.532.6573

Not sure how I missed this I had never thought about this - what a good idea - it is like an ahh haa moment for me - well duh Thesa - I always say advertise the benefits of the feature and the feature will stand out.... but these photos really make the benefits obvious

I think for years from the time you get a camera you are thinking has to be centered..and the whole house has to have so much space around it and that I have to get the whole room.  Do that but also slice right into a close up ...angled shots of the front bay window, etc.  Details! Close Up Of Bay Window Other times...vanities with granite are pretty sharp to gander at in a photo splash. You and know how expensive they are so play those face cards when bragging up and showing off the property!Maine Granite From The Coast And Hauled To Houlton!
