For the "you are there" transport to the Maine waterfront property setting. During COVID19 adjustments on the real estate marketing dials especially, video is by far the most powerful, far reaching and safest, easiest marketing tool bar none.

maine lake propertyIt's the real estate buyer, the seller of the property availability who call the shots on listings sale transfers.

More than ever. It's all about ease of information and online user experience being stellar. Not the agent or broker's time  who used to squeeze it all into the Monday through Friday, 9-5 window of opportunity. It's not NOW but RIGHT NOW critical to strike while the iron is hot. For the get inside a place and walk, gawk, talk. But just as important to get your buyer living way way beyond the local market up to speed. On what exactly is it like living here where the property is? What do you do for fun? What about work, jobs in Maine? And the surroundings, what else is available for real estate listings for consideration now on the current market? The buyers need to sample the flavor of simple living in Maine. Lots of questions needing answering ASAP. The signal better be loud and strong and going both directions.

Nothing makes that rock solid connection like community videos.

No tolls, no eating on the road, breakdowns quarantines, or so sorry, the motel is not open for your property hunting trip to Maine. Thank you spike headed punk COVID19 virus cell.

The video below that shows lake loons and gives you a taste of waterfront life in Maine.

Give us just a few minutes of your time and I get it. You are tres busy. Not here to stall and hem or haw waste your time. Videos are designed to deliver the message the quick and easy way.

Maine waterfront properties, the experience never stays the same or becomes boring.

The four seasons change and so do the cast of characters for wildlife that entertain you out front of a Maine lakefront setting. Lake loons, otters, fish jumping, eagles and hawks swooping down for a snack. You see it all on a Maine lake for amusement and natural beauty.

There is nothing like the recreational options for Maine real estate buyers either when parked.

Especially these days with wall to wall coronovirus news saturating the air waves and out day to day living habits. Sheltering in place with a Maine lake for a neighbor. With COVID19 adapt to the new measures of life as we know it, these waterfront properties are a great investment option.

I miss being out on a boat.  I haven't been out on the lake in quite a while, but I always love when I can spend a day at the lake out on a boat.

Need you and I to do a tag team video push on one of these upcoming Zoom meetings Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD . Thank you for pushing the video medium. It's more than text, words that make the engagement right? Sight, sound, words can work so well together in a marketing medley.
