Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Video For Real Estate | Buyers Start With Your Community Videos.

Videos for real estate, you have a play list on your show and tell channel all seasoned with community flavor right?

Let's face it, in a small rural real estate market there are only so many local buyers. The inventory turns over slower and the price tags are low to the ground. Your real estate buyer has a price advantage for sure. local hockey flavor community photo

But when the marketing ray gun power is cranked up to broadcast far from your small town location, the what you need to provide your property buyer changes a tad.

What is is like in your small Maine town? What are the people like? What do the people like to do? Will I fit into this group and will they like me? Is this a good move? It's a big decision that affects their life big time.

The out of town real estate buyer knows little about your location unless they went to college or grew up in your home town. Or say a grandparent had a farm or lake place that you fondly remember visiting as a little shaver.

Community videos for real estate show how this area is different in a good way.

People are friendly in my small town in Northern Maine. We produce local community videos to show that easier way of life and how folks interconnect, not live in fear. Maine is the 4th lowest crime state. It is up north. If the buyer has kids who don't want to wait until they are sixteen to drive, soap box derby racing could be a perk to moving to Houlton Maine. Being parked on a lake in Maine and watching otters play could be another strong tug on their home buying heart strings. houlton maine park photo

Often you move because you don't like something about your local area that causes the relocation.

It is all about the lifestyle and when you only show the property and leave out the new unknown community, the buyer is left on hold. Not so sure. Trying to figure out that piece on their own. Usually by having to make the time consuming expensive trip north to check out the local community first hand.

With community videos that are available round the clock they can in the comfort of staying right where they are now on whatever devices works best.

Just tap tap and sit back. On the smart phone, tablet, desk top or big screen TV. Some head to the library to climb on the local travel channel. If there are community videos to graze on and help the digestion as they mull over is this the place I want to invest my hard earned dollars at this particular stage of my life? Their eyes and ears get used for the beam me to Northern Maine. As many times as they want with a variety of community videos. So they can size up the area and now move on to the what's for sale in Northern Maine?

MOOERS REALTY produces community videos for buyers to see what you are getting beyond the sticks and bricks, a home, whatever property type.

The out of state move to Maine or are you already planted here but thinking of moving cross town to a bigger place or out in the country to own more land? Do you want to be parked in a place on the waterfront?

Thinking of selling where you are or already have sold but looking for your next new location to call home? Or to pick a place on the map for a second home for vacation or recreational use? Thanks for the information and it makes lot of sense for videos.  Videos seem to be the new think.

Will Hamm ... Your buyer can travel to your local area with video and feel like he has been around your community. He or she has a bunch of time with local videos of your communities where the real estate listings are located.

About 12% of real estate agents or brokers actually have a YouTube account but most are under fed, pretty dusty and cob-webbed. About 5% are active, create videos and add to their video collection. Tap into the buyers, sellers waiting for you to produce something that draws them in. Videos leads to a sale, more listings.

Thank you James Dray . You see lots of animals, the wildlife in Maine. Make them the star once in awhile of your local community videos. Library tours, canoe races, down hill skiing, anything local for videos also make the home town buyers and sellers proud to live where the events are too. Video is win win show and tell. Interview the locals from donut shops to farm tractors.

Thanks Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD and Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400 . Videos works... only reason to use them is because they show and tell and buyers demand them to save air fare, hotels, delay in getting in from the curb. On their schedule, which is round the clock!
