Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Tips, Tricks To Help Real Estate Buyers & Sellers.

Tips, tricks to help real estate buyers and sellers. It's pretty simple right?

Doesn't it all boil down to real estate buyers just want to find the best house for the least amount of money? An updated home with the smallest job jar repair list and parked in the nicest neighborhood? And real estate buyers need to be able to see all the newest real estate listings inside/outside to completely slice, dice, filter. To figure out and easily spot which is the best of the bunch to make it their own home sweet home.real estate buying selling dizzy stair photo

Real estate sellers just want to know what is my home worth?

Let's not mince with words or beat around the bush shall we?

What improvements or house repair updates will help the sale happen fast?

What is the quickest route to to take to get from the real estate listing to the property closing stage?

Especially if selling a home in one area and feeling pretty darn antsy.

Getting dizzy, sweating. Tossing and turning and losing sleep. Hoping to replace the old home with a new one very soon in another neighborhood across town or on the other side of the country or World.

Both real estate buyers and sellers of property need a quick tutorial to prepare for what's coming up ahead before it does.

To ht the floor running. To understand the process, what their role is. To be briefed thoroughly to know everything too, about the local area surroundings if new to these no so familiar parts. So they lean pretty heavily on the local insider for the lay of the land on how things rock and roll. That makes the local real estate agent or broker who lives in the community where the property listings are marketed for sale as the logical go to guy or gal. real estate traveling journey photo

Make me relax, prepare me for the real estate exercise routine.

Help me, provide the service beyond just the room count, their sizes, the particular property listing feature statistics that has caught the eye of the real estate buyer.

Guide me, pace me, spot me, navigate the sale real estate sellers demand and point out what I should expect in every twist and turn of any property listing sale.

It's what we were born to do, why we wear the blue and gold "R", the hardest working alphabet in the entire collection of twenty six letters.

What about schools, local jobs, who to use for a lawyer, tell me about area bank mortgage lenders, where do I eat, where do I sleep for motels, etc are all questions real estate buyers ask round the clock. Staging a property, pricing it to fit into the local market values, buyer's and seller's remorse, lots of other FAQ that the sellers of real estate wonder about late at night too. Good morning, Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 (Andy)... I love that sign....only in Maine would one find it!!! not only can agents learn from you, but your DOT is a fine model for ours!!!

agents need to prepare their clients properly for what's ahead... market to find the client.... then educate them... find homes based on what they communicate to you....and then LEARN TO LISTEN.... you've already engaged prior to the showing....give them space.

Barbara Todaro ... Thanks for squealing in on two tires and commenting. Tell me what to do and when, how high to jump when to duck, weave and bob. It is serious stuff and each real estate listing, every property sale requires a little different handling. People are involved too which adds to the spice and sparks.
