Anger In Real Estate, In A Perfect World It Would Be Missing.

Hot under the collar, isn't it nice you never see anger in real estate buying or selling.

A frustrated buyer who is not the highest bidder on a waterfront property. Even though multiple offer guidelines were followed to the "T" for an equal playing field. hero real estate cat

Not everyone is purring in a real estate sale or rental situation.

Yelling, screaming can happen with property tenants are being evicted and the landlord is not going to be getting a Christmas card from them this year.

Even though one bay of the garage they share with the other tenants is being used as one giant dumpster. Because they say their kids love playing with the rats it attracts.

Anger builds, usually happens because two people are not in agreement or able to meet in the middle of whatever is keeping them apart in a creating together a common solution.

One party is trying to tell the other side how things are going to be when they are not on the same page in their view of the way things are going suppose to end up. As a real estate broker, we try to match-make the seller listings with the property needs of the buyer. And to get the most for the buck but to never ignore there is a limit, a price range sliced and diced out of the available existing real estate inventory. But attacking the problems, not sniping at the people holding, trying to put together  the real estate sale puzzle pieces. maine moose photo

Angry kids, being around them awhile as a teacher or parent or coach can reveal the reasons that fuel it.

It starts with asking questions, listening to the answers.

But when a buyer and seller come in and out of your life during a short period, seeing the red flags, what the anger triggers are can come from experience in other transactions.

You see patterns the more market cycles you ride up down. But new sensitive areas unique to the individual get added to the line items needing addressing the longer you list, twist and seller properties in Maine. What makes people angry? Lots of things. Lack of space being one big one and feeling closed in. A clock ticking loudly that reminds everyone in the room a bell, siren, buzzer is going to go off soon. Pressure from all sides closing in on a buyer or seller or both can make them pull the rip cord and bail.

It's unfortunate that it happens.  I'm starting to get better at diffusing most situations.

Gabe Sanders ... Right, you don't sign on to it, you don't fight with folks but take the time to listen to see what is the problem and how can, if you can help.
