With the jump in your jeep and head to another real estate closing if not done through the mails and thru thin air using the Internet to cinch up the deal.

Hannah Williams ... So much of our land, water front and vacation home sales are to out of state. This group knows little about our area, likes Maine from a vacation or two and needs convincing from the show me, tell me more. Videos are the best way to deliver the information and make the buyer feel like they are here because you the agent take them along, include them in community events.
