Maine Real Estate For Sale !

The Shifting Real Estate Gears, Adapting To Seller, Buyer Changes.

When the first time home buyer was kicking tires on homes for sale, she was in a relationship and thinking filling, feathering the nest.

Each nine months adding a new bouncing pink or blue wrapped bundle of joy. Shortly after buying the family sized home with extra baths, plenty of waterworks, the turn in the road of life happens. And no longer in a relationship but the bank still expected that super sized payment designed for two incomes, not one s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d to the max and beyond. real estate property stained glass photo

The bank manager who had four kids, a husband who died in the woods when a widow maker tree came down the wrong way.

No life insurance safety net in place.

Again, change of plans but still saddled with too much housing.

This time not for size of floorplan but the weight of the payment.

The needs of the real estate buyer change naturally and sometimes due to a mishap, a major dip in the road of life.

The news can be less gloomy too in real estate buying, selling, or just holding on.

The small inheritance used to buy a waterfront property listing for the family use. The long weekends, vacations to catch up on the how have you been with the relatives. maine property on water lake photo

And rental income for now if the plan of attack with a CPA looking over your shoulder for the gleaning of any and all tax deduction benefits.

Commercial real estate listings can sparkle brighter when the numbers are strong on schedule C.

Real estate is bought with emotions and based on dreams.

The length of time to get to a real estate closing?

How long is this property going to take to sell? That one get asked a lot by seller. But lots to consider about the property itself and what is going on in the current market. Not the one three years ago or two down the road ahead of us. Today rules the roost.

It's more than just the same four walls and a roof overhead involved. And all about the three "T"s and 3 "L's". Timing of the buyer, seller, bank, all the layers of players. And the location of the real estate listing are all considered pretty important key elements affecting the property sale.
