Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Hide And Go Seek, Don't Make Your Real Estate Buyer Play That Game.

Time is money, folks are busy and the last thing a real estate agent or broker wants to cause is delay.

Of any kind in getting the needed information about a property listing for sale or just as important the local community surroundings wrapping around the real estate being peddled. So marketing, it starts with a strong million watt signal that has long reach with a healthy frequency.follow the real estate marketing stream photo

It goes without saying that whatever is marketed on that powerful beam has something worthwhile for gawking at, for listening to so no time is wasted on the other end of the real estate signal.

Information delivery, just like fresh, piping hot tasty pizza round the clock is critical to make the audience as large, wide and deep as possible.

Not just local but no boundaries, without limits to who you want to tag out in the wild blue yonder around the globe. Simple media streams of images of the local area can be the carrot to cause the shoe to drop.

To cause the spark that become a flame of desire. The next step of liking what they see for a new community. So logically leading to the selection of the best of the bunch of what is available to fit best their particular real estate property needs. top of the real estate listing mountain photo

It is more about matchmaking today and thorough details instead of arm twisting, salesmanship.

Let the property do the selling, to shine and do it's magic if promoted honestly but thoroughly leaving nothing left unreported.

Start with the images around the property listings, showcase the local flavor that supports the pick me pick me real estate MLS carousel round robin.

So marketing, one site on the Internet found on page 88 is not going to cut it. All over the Internet with seeds to bring back the buyers to your home town beehive of information. Found on top of the pile of the cream of the crop, best of the bunch in the real estate rodeo.real estate listings sell in winter too photo

Salt and peppered links, images, videos on the social media circuit.

Weeding, seeding, watering, cultivated  and fed love daily.

No hit or miss but made a priority.

Marketing what is for sale if the key.

Kept fresh, creative, made helpful and designed to quickly cause a simple real estate listing information transfer that is effective.

Of all the pertinent information that is critically needed by the real estate buyer with a clock ticking loudly. In their decision making in the eenie meenie miney moe.

Everything tractor beams, designed to bring the buyer into the office lobby, to make the email server glow red hot, the phone to pretty much ring non stop. It should not be just your website, but your video channel, your social media outlets, even personal for fun blog posts,  lots of signals coordinated to do the same thing. Attract real estate buyers using marketing honey Debbie Reynolds !

Jeff Dowler ... Don't forget the local images, that is why the out of town buyer picks your location on the planet Earth right? Don't just sell to local buyers, think World wide. The Internet allows that oh oh so so well if harnessed.

Andrew,  Marketing is essential. Photos and videos that help tell a story will draw buyers in and create a sense of wanting more. I am amazed at how little some agents do for marketing.  Congratulations on the Feature.

Information is the ammunition that Realtors need to arm themselves with.  And, often, this information is not so easy to come by.

Part of our job isn't just SENDNG listings but actually explaining how to read them...how to spot the features that buyer has expressed interest in...OR not...do the home work...not the foot work !

Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI NMLS#1483386  ... Thank you!

Kathleen Daniels ... To help the buyer quickly know everything about each property listing, to help them differentiate to make the best pick from the bunch. Otherwise they all sound "pretty, nice, boring" and nothing told about the story each one has to share. Up to the agent, broker, REALTOR to be the journalist, real estate cub reporter using all the media streams to hit all the senses.

Dorie Dillard ... People need to hear the story and you the listing agent has been to the property and come back to report, broadcast all about it. Or should.

Gabe Sanders ... Gathering it means take the time, to save time and know the product you are peddling. No one wants to hear "I don't know, I am not sure, gee, that is a good question... was wondering the same thing..." from the real estate professional. You don't do it, they find someone who will. There are a few out there chopping at the bit to giddy up go and sell sell sell.

Sally K. & David L. Hanson ... Highlighting the property like a bullet list for the first glance and more real estate ammo to drill down into as long as the place holds their attention. Before moving on to another in your real estate buffet.

Great posting on marketing, how to pique the interest of potential buyers. Video and photos of the area can be compelling -- like your photo of the creek in the woods; I want to be there, walking through the woods, hearing twigs snap beneath my feet......

Harry F. D'Elia ... Should be front and center the local area, the property listings and go easy on the personal branding. The buyers want something that helps them, they have real estate needs and could not care less about our brand, logo, office location, etc. Give them what they want and needs. Think customer.
