Real Estate Listing Presentations, More Than Just Going Through The Motions.

Ho hum in the presentation of anything in life does not make it memorable.

What's for dinner, the taste improves with hunger. But there still has to be something worth grazing on. To satisfy a basic need. Real estate marketing is tapping into the needs of the audience. Satisfy that need by more thought, extra time going into the online listing presentation. maine real estate property photo

If slam bam thank you ma'am.

That lack luster spread will not make the buyer of a real estate listing return for more of the bland, without much flavor web insertions.

Color, flavor, excitement and passion in anything gets noticed if it can be found.

If the audience sought, the message harnessed, relayed to the right set of eyes and ears online.

And folks like a story. To keep them hooked. Wondering where it goes, ends up keeping interest peaked up to "The End". The fade to black, rolling of the credits.

"She was a large woman with a giant purse that had everything in it but hammer and nails. It had a long strap, and she ...

The real estate story. It pulls them in. Or better. Like a teaspoon of sugar it helps make the medicine go down easier. A little humor, a dash of entertainment softens the marketing style. Mirror reflects the individuality of each and every real estate listing.

Mentioning their owners and meticulous habits or the many improvements poured into the place for sale. It all helps form a conclusion in the heart of the online property buyer who appreciates their loving care, the condition of the place they could consider as their own.you tube video logo

If they get the drift from the signal you are sending out, broadcasting from your little corner of the blue and green spinning marble.

It is not just what you say but how you present, how deep the buyer can drill down into the property. So instead of a handful of images shot with what looks like bear grease on the lens.

With the still frames click click clicked during a total eclipse of the sun. And ones with winter snow in them remaining in the photo array when it is the heart of a Maine summer.

Adjusting the real estate dials, slowly pulling on the rabbit ears along the way as is needed. To guide and navigate the listing look and make it crystal clear.

Meaning on the to do list of the agent or broker there is a cattle prod. To double back and revist the listing. To make it not just once and done and off to other endeavors.

Neglect from not weeding, watering, feeding the listing with more wrinkle removal helps it hop off the MLS real estate carousel of what's for sale quicker. To make room for other property listings chomping at the bit to find owners to make the buyer and seller happy. To buy the real estate professional groceries, pay for kid's braces and educations, to make a dent in their monthly financial overhead. To stay in business.

An article, more on the real estate presentation, how deep the retention goes.

When more time is put into the up front listing information note taking. For the relay to make the delivery connection. To turn up the attention, interest, desire of the real estate buyers circling like parking lot sharks in search of the just right property listing morsel online.

Andrew

Your right on point . . . . A listing appointment is more then going through the motions . . . . A Listing appointment is staged for maximum impact to get a sale-able listing.

Good luck and success.

Good morning Andrew Mooers ,

Your style and presentation continues to amaze me! You are so on target..a listing appointment is the time to present your self, services and what you bring to the table over your competition..make it memorable!!

Lou Ludwig ... Always glad to hear from the two L's of real estate!

Dorie Dillard ... Double D's too! Or if the seller starts getting red faced, hot under the collar and voice goes to air raid siren levels with "I'm not going to give it away, I don't have to sell, you will list with $100,000 wiggle room". You can not help that person and best thing you can do is not take a listing and start the LSD dream, expectation that anyone is going to get to a real estate closing on this wrong from the start real estate exercise.

You do an incredible job making yourself stand out and shine. I bet your closing ratio is nearly 100%.

Turn the camera aorund to the property listings, the local events happening around the real estate for sale! Make the property, area the star, subject matter of this real estate dog and pony exercise is what I think works best to not waste time for buyers, sellers too!
