Dorie Dillard ... Double D's too! Or if the seller starts getting red faced, hot under the collar and voice goes to air raid siren levels with "I'm not going to give it away, I don't have to sell, you will list with $100,000 wiggle room". You can not help that person and best thing you can do is not take a listing and start the LSD dream, expectation that anyone is going to get to a real estate closing on this wrong from the start real estate exercise.

Turn the camera aorund to the property listings, the local events happening around the real estate for sale! Make the property, area the star, subject matter of this real estate dog and pony exercise is what I think works best to not waste time for buyers, sellers too!
