Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Real Estate Brochures At Tourist Information Hot Spots.

What works, or "meh", not so much in real estate marketing shifts constantly.

But it never is a case of all or nothing. Just adjustment of the show and tell dials to boost the volume on this marketing tool. Pulling back a little on this lever to reallocate a little less or just a different mix of the resources of time and money.

I love the game, sport of marketing Maine, the real estate property listings in it for sale. And all the neat people we meet in the matchmaking, musical house chairs experience with buyers, sellers and the exchange of properties of all kinds.

Your profit is often in your expenses in the highly competitive world of real estate list, twist and sell (repeat).

So real estate brochures, do you use them and how is that working for you in your property listing marketing Active Rain members?

I know I know. There are some chopping at the bit to exclaim with a spray of spit that "print is dead". Hail to Dorothy. Like most things in life, it is never all or nothing. Extremes are cold places. Swim with where the schooled fish peddling real estate hang out and keeping an open mind helps know the right marketing pathway for you. maine photo

We produced four thousand real estate property listing brochures at a time.

Each has 21 properties in Maine for sale showcased.

We wrap them up in a hardworking area brochure that makes them ride through the US mail slots without any snag or sharp edges.

The area brochure is a Chamber of Commerce piece that hits the highlights of the local area of Maine I hang my hat.

In small rural areas of Maine there is not a lot of press about the way things roll here.

Kinda like the best kept secret situation happens.

So the area brochure the property listing flyers ride in turn on the light about the area. What's it like here. And subsequent blog posts on Maine help set the stage help.

For the much needed home work about the community flavor that is needed before the real estate buyer even begins looking for Maine property listings. Moves the needle on excitement to eenie meenie miney moe. Make a selection of "the one".

This is a big decision, a major investment and a life changer for the out of state or country real estate buyer. maine photos

The buyers online love the low prices, the cheap tags hanging off all we peddle.

Because everything they know where they live out of the area is three, four or more times more expensive.

And no way as pretty a Maine.

The brochures are great for farming for listings to boost the inventory of what's for sale.

Especially when the future seller sees the SOLD SOLD SOLD bright red stamp on the blue tint images, property listing copy.

The trifold brochures like the experience of fresh newsprint of black and white news.

Not everyone gets their news online or from a speaker or glowing tube. Newspapers, brochures that open up and are scanned with hot coffee, something cold make brochures stand out as something solid. That you can hold in your hands.

Brochures for real estate stay on coffee tables, dash boards of cars of sporting vacationers who run into the office.

Asking for brochures on real estate, a neat booklet of what is for sale for property listings  they can hit and run with. Easily pass on to their buddies back home. Who specifically asked for them to pick up some real estate booklets, brochures, flyer's. Anything and everything they can get their eyes on that sheds light on what is for sale for Maine real estate property listings.  maine music photo

Often the out of state real estate buyer needs nothing doneto shed the light on the local area events, life here.

They left, grew up here and want to come back.

So just please give me a handful of real estate brochures that are not stale or outdated but fresh and current.

No names, no emails, no phone numbers absolute needed first to get them is our real estate office policy too.

Here, like a NASCAR pit stop, go go go. They will call or email or be back when they like what they see and the timing is right. Like Burger King, have it your way is how we approach our real estate marketing.

Printed real estate brochures, lots of them slid in an area brochure are distributed to the Maine Information Tourism Centers. They also get taken along to out of state exhibits the state is at on our behalf as a Maine Tourism member.

Proud to be a member of the Maine Publicity Bureau / Maine Tourism, the powerful swinging arm to get the word out about anything ME since 1976!

I think it is so so short sighted that other rural real estate agencies in Maine say pass. To having printed media to help showcase what a neat area Maine is and why buying a piece of property is a great idea. A super investment providing years of enjoyment in Maine's four season unspoiled, all natural paradise.

Maine has so much going for it as a Vacationland destination.maine ice hockey zamboni photo

With motorists, cruise ship stops, plenty of airport options for the silver winged birds to deliver, retrieve vacationers.

Many who come back and end up investing in Maine real estate.

To own a property listing in Maine of their very own.

Everyone has their story, about their piece of Maine.

Tourism centers in Maine, local motels, restaurants, tourist hangouts are great places to park our fresh real estate property listing brochures.

Here is a map link for Maine tourism information centers. We are the only local real estate brochure that is a member of the Maine Publicity Bureau, that uses the tourist information centers shown on the map in the link above.

We are lucky to have a tourist information center in Houlton Maine, my home town too. That joins forces with everyone getting the word out about Maine, just ME. The way life should be.

So real estate print is not dead, how we approach newspapers and magazines, trade journals has changed but only because of online being where so many eyes and ears hang out.maine stained glass photo

To reach with our marketing ray gun of Maine property listings for sale, all the price ranges and types of real estate up here in the northeast corner of the country.

We want to paint the picture of what it is like here for those unlucky folks that don't live here, the don't own a piece of Maine.

But want to and will someday with a little help from a local.  (Turning ten shades of red).

Here is the location, contact numbers, the hours of the outlets where we make sure our real estate brochures are sitting on the shelves.

For all to see who enter the information centers in Maine to be able to easy peasy pick up and read on the run.Scan and gander at later, hopeful more than one time. And with the wish to pass them on. For others to do the same. The real estate brochures still around and are not gone like a blip on radio or television. That goes up like a brightly flare and then fizzles out.

We also put these real estate brochures at airport, other transportation centers. When you have 4000 of the hot off the press real estate brochures on what is for sale in Maine, you don't want them just sitting on the bench and not playing out in the field. We don't keep them stuck in the darkness of the real estate office storage closet.  We put them to work at the places below.

I think it's a great idea to have your brochures nestled inside the area brochure!  Sounds like a good investment to me!

Sharon Tara ... Whatever works for your area, pour marketing high octane gas on that. We find videos for real estate are the cat's meow for results.

Andrew, I can imagine this would work in your area, with smaller cities, but we are so spread out, not sure how effective they would be here.  Good idea!
