Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Not All Real Estate Markets Operate The Same.

Online you read statements, reports about the real estate market across the land.

Giving the impression it's pretty much carbon copy everywhere you go. When checking in on the properties that are listed and sold in any particular real estate market. Then drawing the conclusion that it is the same as you hop around to any new market. Sweeping, generalization statements are all over the media streams for the one size fits all. maine lobster photo

Well, like the weather forecast overhead where you are following this real estate blog post today.

That won't work in every other location, real estate markets run differently too.

Like most things in life it depends.

Change happens in the black and white absolutes that turn many shades of gray. The property for sale is a fixed position asset.

We wil have a seller ask often how can I make this property worth more? Sometimes the answer is move it to Southern Maine. Or higher priced markets like Newport Rhode Island, Boca Raton Florida, Scottsdale Arizona, Weston Connecticut or Falmouth Foreside Maine. Remember the three L's of location thrice. That also tie in with the three T's.

Timing, timing, timing. To be in a position to buy no matter what the property price tag reads today. It is all about your timing, being ready, willing and able to buy today. Otherwise browse all you want. But you're not in a position to buy anything todaywelcome to maine photo

Some real estate markets are bright and sunny. Others dragging and bogged down.

Not every real estate market spikes way high into nose bleed price tag sections in the housing bleachers. And then roller coaster to new how low can she go limbo style. property listings truck for maine real estate photo

Because real estate markets rise and fall with the supply and demand levels that fluctuate.

The economic factors that are happening around the property listings with the sign nailed to a street.

Or speared in the ground out front the what's for sale today don't stay the same.

A real estate market has many parts too. In small rural areas, there are homes for sale with a variety of price tags to chose from if shopping for house. But land in Maine only for building or investing is shoulder to shoulder with the current what's for sale collection of property listings in Maine.

Small mom and pop business listings, hobby and commercial farms, rental units for housing and business along with waterfront camps or homes. Those all are on the MLS carousel of pick a flavor of real estate you need today when a buyer in the mood. And the timing is right to find something that fits for a property listing. maine map photo

Owner financing for a property listing helps a sale get to a closing quicker.

To side step the bank mortgage lending routine.

Realistic properties sell quicker than listings that should never have been put on the market because of just too dang high for buyers to swallow.

Title problems with the real estate can put a temporary or permanent halt to the property listing sale.

So thinking about how's the weather and knowing the current conditions where you live don't work for every other location.

Or clothing where one size does not fit all folks. They don't stay the same.

Put down your whip and chair. Take off the top hat. Real estate markets, no two behave the same. Can not be tamed but need to be understood.

And sellers, buyers need a professional to explain which way the wind blows. To know where we are now and what's up ahead based on experience with past markets that show a pattern. To help buying and selling, trading Maine real estate property listings today.

Thank you Dorie Dillard ... The market does not stand still. Lots of myths about winter being a season real estate does not sell. Life waits for no one. Estate sales have to happen. New relocated employees need to report to work and have a house where you list and peddle them right?

Spirit Messingham ... Been to Tuscon, have a good friend there and you are right. I would not begin to flap my gums, the chops or open my pie hole about your real estate market.

Andrew Mooers Very true! Real estate markets does not operate the same.

Posted by John Pusa, Your All Time Realtor With Exceptional Service (Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Crest) over 4 years ago

John Pusa .. Correct a mongo. There are markets within the market and like playing Fish, there are times of a big over supply of this kind, or oh oh. Skimpy, out or low of this section. Supply and demand. There are only two reasons property listings do or don't sell. Price, marketing when it gets boiled down to what really matters beyond the color, whether you bake brownies or not, etc.

Good morning Andy. I can tell you first hand that you are absolutely correct. I do mortgages in 8 states, they are all different, especially when it comes to the costs.
