Maine Real Estate For Sale !

One Silver Screen Won't Work, Real Estate Blogs Need Channel Variety.

The audience for anything you serve up, like the movie theater silver screen, choices are critical.

Blog post readers want selection and more than chocolate and vanilla only. Active Rain blog posts number close to 3800 but other channels with topics that really help local information surfers are critical. maine photos

Could you put them all in one spot? I think it is like a radio station that's slogan is trying to be everyone's place on the dial to settle in.

You can not.

Try playing a Barry Manilow, then spin some NIN or Merle Haggard or Canned Heat or Patsy Cline and a little Daf Punk.

You don't want to know how few listeners are tuned in on the other end of the signal after sitting through that collection in your play list.

Granted you can hit home runs on each of the channels that stand out on search engines.

But one channel with a slant, bent to please this niche audience is not going to keep them coming back for more if suddenly a new herd of followers is brought into your blog shop to browse. People are different. Thank goodness or it would be really a boring place with everyone thinking carbon copy. maine welcome sign photo

Active Rain blog posts for real estate related topics, property listings and a dash of area newsprint.

But what's playing on other channels we set up, weed, feed and water?

Our Me In Maine blog posts are just abour simple living in Maine.

It is not just my job I love listing, marketing, peddling property listings in Maine.

It is where I get to do it. That needs some press. Is often a best kept secret.

We will upload blog post on Linkedin. But have two primary real estate portals beside the RTZ, and Maine Listings. The red site real estate blog posts. More blog posts on the blue real estate site. It is amazing what happens on front page search engine queries when you cross promote and keep a steady stream of blog posts headed up in the clouds.

Where else do you blog post? About what you do and where you do it.maine button pin

Do you have a video stream up and running?

We don't neglect our video channel for real estate local events either. These show and tell for the local community area flavor videos help attract customers from far away. Looking for all kinds, prices, locations of Maine real estate for sale. Who want the across the board low cost property listings, the  simple crime free life style of living in small rural Maine towns.

Hi Andrew.  I don't think I have ever heard Patsy Cline and Canned Heat in the same sentence.

Good morning, Andrew Mooers (Andy)....Happy New Year.....but I think we'd agree that every year is a happy year in Northern Maine.... blogging should be a combination of many topics and no one shouts out about Houlton Maine better than you....

Conrad Allen ... Variety is nice, but too much end to end and you lose the following. At the multi screen movie theaters, there has to be variety to not compete for the same audience. To find something they will buy the ticket, popcorn and the favorite snack for whatever is splashed on the silver screen.

Barbara Todaro ...Happy New Year to you and Conrad. Variety is the spice of life.

No one wants to see the same movie or read the same book over and over.....same thing with blogging, which you have mastered sir.  Best wishes to you for a happy, healthy and prosperous 2016.

Sally K. & David L. Hanson ... Thank you!

Larry Johnston ... Harnessing the Internet... don't neglect your local images... those are the pictures you capture using your camera like an artist... to paint what it is like here, around all the property listings. That is what never been to your area buyers of Maine real estate want, need, deserve. And will get from you or flit... someone else. "NEXT!"

Great job with your post, have always said there is a buyer for every property at some price. I did buy a property once for 1 dollar, long story for another time.

Let's make 2016 the best year ever!
