Repins On Your Pinterest Real Estate Boards

Using the many platforms to drive traffic back to your websites, email server, to make the phones ring loudly.

Some platforms like Twitter Facebook get more of the oohs and aahs. But you do more than set up and let dust settle on the other social media marketing children. maine horse farm pin on pinterest

Pinterest, Flickr and other image board channel feeds often get neglected.

Forgotten about because of too much time put on a few.

When it is many that need feeding.

Like the brood seated for a home cooked dinner or one of the other three meals at day.

At say around the Walton's long wooden table. Feed them all.

Obviously video is the 30 to 60 frames per second of "images, pictures" to showcase the area, the property listings for sale.

Because the show and tell takes your buyer to the real estate, to the local community where it lives.

And no matter what time of day or night, or the location or device of the buyer, ta da. You are voila. At the property listing for sale or the local community event that is the flavor surrounding the real estate for sale.

Harness the Internet and know the market is not just local anymore for the real estate buyer.

Something as simple as a Pinterest pin tied to a blog post on Active Rain can generate more buzz in your marketing.

Add more pins and increase the hum. That causes more hum and increases the activity that leads to more listings, an increase in real estate property listing sales. maine home stained glass photo

It is a delicious cycle. Feed the need out there in the wild blue yonder. Pull out the stops and think beyond the town lines of where the property listing hangs out.

No longer just spear in a sign wearing your colors. On the front lawn and cross the fingers and legs in worry.

Hoping someone comes along to see the real estate silent salesmen.

And stumbles into the office or rings you up on the cell phone or land line.

There is much more effort needed in this sport, some say addiction called real estate listing, marketing, selling. To get to the property listing closing on time. Or at all.

Don't neglect your pictures, your photo streams, videos.

Use your instagram, snap chat streams that need feeding. Add images to the places you get asked in your online travels. Take lots of local imagery for just that purpose with a link back to the real estate blog posts they are embeded in. They are your calling card. The eye candy to say a thousand words and then some.

"Picture this, that, everything". Don't keep them stay in the dark of your hard drive storage for no one to enjoy. Put them to work and don't hog them to share with only the locals getting to see them. In peddling your properties and the neat area events that happen all around them. For your many outside real estate buyers anxious to see them.

Good morning Andrew Mooers,

Excellent post to kick us into gear with more involvement in Pinterest. I actually spent some time last week adding and pinning and need to schedule time to do it more often . I'm book marking your post!

So many social platforms out there, but I'm reading good things about all the boards on the site.

Dorie Dillard ... Pinterest is part of the local splash of what is your area like. For out of state buyers, it is all about hold your houses. Show us around the area first and then if we like what we watch on video, the move to the next step happens. Mosey on over to the waiting area. Like luggage. For the what is for sale on the real estate round and round property listing carousel.

Lise Howe ... having a responsive, mobile friendly real estate website is key too.

Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Call 631-805-4400 (c)  ... Don't just set them up, use them the right way and all have a different twist. Of the "English" on the hunt and peck approach to each that require a different approach. Local images... outside buyers eat them up. It is the eye candy, some say real estate porn. Said with all due respect.
