Joe Petrowsky ... Lucky on this end of the pike to have owner financed, cash sales because property listings in Maine are so so low priced. No mortgage needed.

The process can get rough  by the way some lenders scrutinize their clients.  Our job is to make that portion that we can manage flow smoothly, not create more obstacles.
