Maine Real Estate For Sale !

The Less Strings Attached To Real Estate Sales The Better.

Streamlining the list and sell process of real estate means someone has to be the skipper.

To point the ship, keep it away from the rocks and to see the mile stones along the way to the property closing. But like any process, there is education, expectations to set, and listening. Lots of open up your ears and be on the same level as your real estate buyer and seller. maine weathervane photo

The real estate professional does this every day.

That dog and pony wearing the blue and gold "R" is not the norm for a buyer or seller.

Who only does this dance once, maybe a few more times in the course of their short time on Earth.

So keeping a lid on the emotions or added stress from real estate drama. Means communication, availability and explanation on when, why, how. Looped email communications help everyone know where are we on the real estate candyland game board.

To know which direction the attitudes, the layers of players are all headed. To keep them in the same boat on course to a real estate closing. The purpose of this whole exercise right?

Texts, eye ball to eyeball and phone call visits help fill in the murky areas of a property listing sale.

We hunt and peck blog posts for real estate buyers and sellers. This is one article on the topic for buyers and seller tips when real estate is being bought or sold.

Good morning Andy. Less strings attached I am all for, regulations as well. I can assure you I don't enjoy all the regulations I have to deal with each and every day.

The process can get rough  by the way some lenders scrutinize their clients.  Our job is to make that portion that we can manage flow smoothly, not create more obstacles.
