You Gots To Know, How Long Is This Home Sale Gonna Take?

Eating up precious time and waiting, hanging around on the real estate home market.

The need to know how long is this process going to take is huge for a Maine home buyer or seller. Because making everything time out right, dove tail correctly to fit a person's life means timing is key.

But the exact moment in time to pick the day, place to sit down for the home sale paperwork dotting the "i's, crossing the t's". maine outdoor photo

The Maine expression is "it is hard telling without knowing."

It can leave everyone in the room hanging.

Delayed, nerves becoming frayed.

Feeling out of sorts.

Antsy, jittery. Nervous in the service.

Because of delays, set backs. In the steps taken or missing from listing to selling. Trying to close a home sale in Maine.

That can really wear on a person needing to get from A to B in their life journey.

Hanging around and just in the dark, not knowing is stressful for a family kepts in limbo.

Needing to move, but just not knowing when and if the leap is going to happen or not.

Good morning Andy. "It is hard to tell without knowing", I have never heard that phrase before, but it make sense. It is like saying, "You are always going to get where you are going".

Lise Howe ... Thank you thank you!

Joe Petrowsky ... Wherever you go there you are, because that is where it is at. Lots of words, not much really being said. But a lot being pondered.

Waiting for a much needed home sale can be a very stressful time. Smart home sellers will select you as their listing agent.

Andrew

As you know there are a lot of factors involved in selling a home . . . . The best thing is for the seller is position the home to be sold.
