The Seller Wants To Dictate The Real Estate Procedure ( Oh Oh) ...

Sellers and real estate agents, brokers are partners in the list, market, sell.

And input from sellers is welcomed. But sometimes the thinking is a little out of date for the marketing. Or just the property owner thinks this would be a wise approach when it is not. maine welcome sign

There is so much behind the scenes of the listing and marketing of a property.

Dealing with banks, lawyers, appraisers, zoning officials and life wrinkles.

The have to do this before that can happen in the real estate timing to get to the property closing on time.

When sellers start to dictate the process, it's the time to let them know that we are not for sale by owner, with a twist

Andrew Mooers I think we have all encountered a situation similar over the years. Hopefully, the seller will accept your direction and experience to lead them to the road to success.

Hi Andrew.  I won't work with a seller that won't work with me.  Period.

Ed Silva ... Sellers mean well and are in the partnership... but they don't do this real estate dog and pony daily. Trust your agent, broker to be up to speed.

Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI  ... Navigate to the closing but set expectations... the newspaper ad that disappears like a flare overhead dropping. The Internet shines, is seen round the clock and never stops.

Conrad Allen ... You can not help them if they won't let you lead and guide, explain the process. Trust. All about trust with the most valuable, expensive commodity the seller ever unloads.

Andrew

Your are right on point . . . . a successful real estate transaction is a partnership between all the participants.

Good luck and success.
