Who Hails, Lists, Twists And Markets Small Rural Country Real Estate?

Eight out of ten people living in urban, city areas means country living is missing for most.

I am lucky to list and sell Maine real estate. In rural surroundings, without the crime or drive by shootings. Missing the noise of a city, the crowded conditions that make space expensive or none existent.maine real estate websites screen shot

Rural real estate settings, the home town proud living in small communities in Maine means dinky price tags too.

On Active Rain blog post routine scans, the giant price tags with the luxury glittering, highly staged properties.

Wearing lots of zero places causes sticker shock.

Even the average housing fare sporting nothing low to the crowd for easy property listing pickings. But still in the marquis bog post chase lighting. Round and round. To hear, read all about it. To see real estate blog posts bragging up what a blue light special, deal of a life time a home is.

With no land, jammed against the ones on all four sides and demonstrating zero lot lines. No need for windows on the sides of your housing. Unless you like to peer at siding, other windows. Those properties for a mere  $600,000 make me smile.old maine homes photo

Your could buy ten houses and more in Maine for that kind of check writing.

Make it a dozen items or less heading down through the real estate check out in small rural Maine.

Places where country living is seen up close and personal on a daily basis.

Not just hummed, sung about in country songs. With Alan Jackson water skiing on some local lake waterway.

Or Johnny Cash crooning about where he wears black like Roy Orbison with the Dark Vader dark glasses.

Maybe Patsy Cline sang about walking after midnight when she was knowing she was crazy for loving some you who. Hee Haw, it is not comedic Green Acres in small rural farming areas where lots of land, less people happen in the list, market, selling real estate in places like Maine. maine lake sunset photo

Elbow room, small price tags on the property listings plus a special way of rural living.

Read blog post more about country, simple living in Maine.

It is more than low cost property listings in Maine too.

The volume on the real estate listings prices is lowered down by three and four times.

While the lake loons, the sounds of all the natural, pure and unspoiled in Maine are turned way way up in the other direction. Maine, hear her tugging on your heart, whispering in your ear? Reach out and connect when you are serious about learning more about Maine. The property listings in Maine, value packed pricing that tag team with those always drop dead gorgeous locations.

Hi Andrew.  Million dollar price tags don't give buyers the quality of life that you have in Maine.

Hi Andrew --- ahh, a little perspective from your corner of the world.  The reality of real estate is that location still matters whether you want the hustle-bustle of the city, a suburban life and living where you can hear the sounds of nature with a bit more elbow room.  There's something and somewhere for everyone.

I'm a country boy from PA and own some rural land. Cities are employment centers, but if you have phone service and an internet connection, there are ways to earn an income from a rural location over the internet.

I like the Maine coast. Have gone hiking in Acadia National Park.
