The Other Woman, Man In Real Estate Listing Sales.

"NEXT" hollered loudly, shrilly. The last real estate relationship shook side to side.

A new one started with a blank etch o sketch. A brand new agent, broker, REALTOR to list, market, sell (repeat).maine videos for real estate logo

Things were looking up in the question and answers about the property listing, the seller's timing, situation, expectations.

But still you could smell it. The air of poison, toxins from the last real estate relationship. That left a bad odor, a sour taste in the mouth of the new brand of property dealer.

Because of the rant and rave dialogue going in, continuing non stop.

About what a jerk the last guy or gal was. In his or her mishandling of their real estate property sale. That failed to get to the finish line, the sit down real estate closing. To transfer the property listing from active to SOLD status on the statewide MLS.

Often times, it is a simple talk about the real estate A to Z that is needed.

With the property owner about the listing has to be priced right, in line with others in the inventory of what's for sale today. Combined with all out, aggressive marketing of the property when the seller needs to move it out scout. Quick like a bunny get the property listing on and off the market for a successful clear to closing memo.

To screw a SOLD sign rider on for the neighborhood to see so a moving van can be loading up.

To saddle up, head 'em out. On down the long windy highway to a new beginning. To unpack into some other kind of housing stock and property location. Until the next move happens and here we go again.

There are agents that deserve the bad rap from sellers, but there are plenty of sellers out there that cast blame on their agent, and their 2nd agent, and their 3rd agent....when it's the seller who is listening and isn't following advice.

If sellers listen to your valuable advice, things will turn out much better!

Sharon Tara ... Everyone is well intentioned and just upset with delay, and wanting results. Attack the problem, not the personalities and often when there is a rant on anyone,  I would like to have the attacked weigh in and supply what was left out. Like the stories when your kids don't quite include all the details to build the best case they are pitching for whatever reason. The truth shall set you free.

Down here there is a hefty fine if you fail to transfer a listing from active to sold. First you get an email reminder giving you a time limit - I think it is 24 or 48 hours and then if not completed, you are fined.
