TIPS | Financing Your Home in Maine, Getting A Bank House Mortage.

Home, the motivation to get your own digs, to settle into a place of your own should be a strong one.

Unless you are running from the law, work in a circus or are a rock star on tour pretty much all the time. With whatever is on your back much more than enough to satisfy life on the run, the road. On the trails you travel. The circles you make in the short experience called life.maine home living room house photo

But when you are thinking family, holidays, traditions and backyards, living space for enjoyment away from work, home is where it happens.

And owning the sticks and bricks is so so important.

Which means you need to get financing for your home in Maine.

To pull down a mortgage on your Maine house.

To make the investment, be more concerned, involved with your local community affairs. Nothing creates security like a home, where kids feel safe. Satisfaction happens from all the puttering, fixing, tinkering and all because of a dream to some day own a home of your own.

For a single family residence, a vacation retirement home, a multi unit housing rental. What says you, where are you concerning housing, Maine home ownership?

Good morning, Andrew -- more sage advice --- there's a lot that goes along with being a homeowner --- being part of a greater community, a sense of security, long term investing strategy...

You have presented it quite well.

Michael Jacobs ... Greater involvement, a deep connection with your small home town or bright lights, big city... wherever you shake and bake. Rock and roll better by home ownership, having a dog in the fight, skin in the game.

Gabe Sanders ... Why rent, better to own... have something to show for the month to month besides rent receipts. Or buy rentals and turn the tables!

Good morning Andy. I'm glad the bank mortgages in Maine aren't the only way to get financing. Have been doing mortgages in Maine for nearly 20 years.
