Maine Real Estate For Sale !

It Does Not Have To Be St Patricks Day, To Feel Real Estate Buy Lucky!

Don't need to wear or carry a lot of green or to be Irish... feel four leaf clover lucky scoring a Maine real estate deal.

The property prices are always low to the ground. Missing lots of zero places. That do need filling, head north. The closer to the population centers you go outside of small town rural Maine. Where we have more wildlife than people. Where you neighbor is four legged, furry, keeps to himself. Take your pick of properties.

maine real estate truck photo

I sum it up simply for many out of state real estate buyers. In Maine, divide the property listing prices by three, four or more.

Than what you see when crime, gangs, sirens and heavy multi lane traffic happens round the clock.

I see adds from metro urban areas for $800,000 this, 1.2 million that and have to smile.

Think of all the properties you could buy for structures or raw acreage for that chunk of change.

When the bright lights, big city property promotion announces what a steal this is for just this much money. That is considered not so high priced, but a blue light special. When it is the below the norm compared to other property listings for sale around it.maine farm horses photo

And all of them in the high priced urban landscape come jammed in like sardines.

Swallowed up by dark shadows of the concrete jungle.

Inches not acres for measurement and space comes at a high price or can not be bought at all.

You have to get that warm fuzzy feeling at a public park.

Where go out after dark, venture into and mugging happens. Hope you did not need the wallet, pocketbook, cell phone or watch,  Or treasure it like your life too dearly in the hand it over exchange.

Living in fear. Carrying a taser. Looking over your shoulder. Dead bolts and door chains, security cameras, wire fences like prisons. Not in Maine, the 4th lowest crime state. Where people leave their keys in the car, we don't leave out the interior photos.maine photo

Like I saw on one out of state, major market high price listing. With the notation in paresis that interior photos would follow once the owner had moved.

So the break and enter boys would not be tempted. With the eye candy. To beep beep beep. Back it up. To help themselves NASCAR quick. If they liked what they saw "shopping" online for the next B & E. That's no way to live. There is another way.

Sky high real estate price tags from the nose bleed section hanging off the properties. Not in Vacationland, The Pine Tree State. No sirree. It is kept meat and potato simple, affordable in Maine. Value, lots of space inside, outside. Realistic prices in the what's it worth going in, coming out if a sale is expected. Otherwise don't waste people's time.

We don't like them like Jerry Jeff sings about liking his music hot. The dance partner a tad on the trashy side.

The only real estate in Maine staging is if it smells, I can't sell it. So order up a dumpster for the heave ho, there you go. For what's holding the odors, the source of the stench. A eliminate the clutter... there's the door. Out it heads to make room for the property tour.

And price it, make it for little money in the buy and sell or trade real estate exchange.

To make the slow, careful impulse to buy happen. Ready for a little of that? To feel Irish lucky and that this is your lucky day today, tomorrow and all the days that follow? It starts, ends, always somehow involves Maine real estate from where I sit.

It takes a very defined personality to be able to live up there with all that space.  I don't think I have that trait, but you sure do know how to make it attractive

Endre Barath, Jr. Yes, yes it is... of all kinds. We stock the online platforms like a real estate vending truck delivery man! Round the clock.

Grant Schneider The common request is give me space, I can not breath or move without someone flipping out in urban areas that don't have space. Or you have to sell a duplicate organ, first born to score it. It comes high priced. If at all.

Lou Ludwig 10-4, like the way you hunt and peck. You speak with no fork tongue my friend.

Roy ... First home loan rate was 12.25% fixed in a time of 16% adjustable. You  are so right!

JP ... You are due, be sharp eyed, like an eagle.

Andrew,

The wide open spaces is a great place to be.  I love it.  After the winter we just had, don't think Maine is for me.  Had enough of it here in Pennsylvania.  Maine is surely a beautiful place.
