Maybe Your Real Estate Blog Lacks Something, Needs Background Singers.

Engagement, the connection builds when something is needed, received at the other end of the signal.

It goes both ways. Because you have something in your pocket to share, that flows from the fingertips connected to the inside lub dub strings.

Generating from within a beating heart of a person that is raw and real. Can relate to what you need, that only they can provide just so. To be heard loud and clear among the din of the blogging landscape.maine winter country photo

Background singers for your real estate blog.

Those are not really needed if you develop your voice for solos.

Just like door prizes to tune in and win fluff.

Radio stations blasting ads for a dollar a holler.

Turning up RPM's a couple degrees to literally spin, promise to play more music per hour.

And make other stations' versions of the same songs sound slow, dragging.

Prizes like the Cracker Jack toy hiding beneath the carmel and peanuts. Used to label it bribery to keep listeners tuned in. To improve those all important quarter hour ratings during the sweeps to hoist the advertising rate card charge numbers.

What do you peddle that is worthwhile for anyone out in the four corners of the Earth's audience? And the way you deliver it, is that riding on a chasis of creative style? That make it all the better and more memorable tasty.

Not for the entire real estate audience, but available for those who can relate to you.

In the here, I may have what you need. Taking the time and picking up the signal from the angle it arrives. Hits them best, squarely. That feel like you are singling them out and warm, friendly, approachable in the trust of information transfer.houlton maine helicopter airport photo

Everything you do in real estate blogging, your simple life approach.

Has to have a snippet of lots of essential seasonings. Stirred with love, folded into the mix.

To attract attention, to develop interest, create desire and ultimately lead to action.

The results for lift off. End zone destination arrival for all you do.

Otherwise why bother machining them to look, quack, walk rock and roll like a blog post that comes up short? Passion delivering the message. Or ho hum. Pretty much like most of the garden variety ones that show up on the Internet and clutter. Eat up time. Take up space. Life is short. Blog better, with purpose.

Hunt and peck to make the ones that stand out to get people to dance, sing along and take notice. Come back for seconds, thirds, more. Not covers, reblogs, but original real estate blog posts.

How do you blog and if you enjoy it nothing is insincere or faked.

Blogging with a purpose should be the goal of all who posts on the internet, on that I will agree.

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Andrew Mooers posting something that's eye catching or appeals to the senses will keep them on your post....and maybe even a phone call after.... I want you to do the talking and singing to enhance my aerial photos when I put them in a video.... I'll be #1 in the country....

Barbara Todaro ... You know. Make the senses work overtime. Help transport the buyer of your real estate property listings. So the buyer can picture themselves at what you are panning with the spotlight.

Randy ... See your buyer.

Troy ... Nothing circus or smoke or glass. Just rich in creating the setting of the local community, the property listings with your sign out front needing a new owner. Introduce it all to the people you pick out, see and connect with in the audience.

Morning Andrew lots to think about.  I'm glad to be where I'm at at this point in my life.  My people are motivated and hungry.  Now to get them headed in the right direction.

Hi Andrew.  A dollar a holler is long gone.  In days gone by the goal was to get the buyer in your car.
