So true Andy, and you can always hear that clock ticking on your listings.  The above picture is fabulous.  I can feel the chill on my face while standing there.

CE ... If you or I were after information, no matter what time of day or night, we would get it one way or the other. But only if it is online, easy access and we are not delayed, teased. Drive through quick, buffet complete. All the time is how we should run the real estate operation.

What would we do without the web?! It takes some work to get listings advertised online properly. Once that is done it is pretty ez to sdemonstrate to our clients that the property is marketed the right way. 

Once we can all agree on the advertising it's easier to have those conversation about pricing if father time is knawing away at the clients patience.

JC ... It is not one place... not a case of telling a seller don't worry. We have your property online. You have to be all over the Internet and coming up all up and down the front page search indexes for a slew of topics in the blogging round robin. Putting the details online so the office dozes, never closes is what buyers want. NASCAR quick, easy, but filling with all the good stuff at their finger tips. Whatever way the media choice is best for the buyer on the go.
