Maine Real Estate For Sale !

What You Won't See On Our Real Estate Websites, Blog & Video Stream.

Maine is all over small town living, family values and being outdoors for work or recreation all four seasons.

It is not about upscale, luxury opulence, status, snobby. Or palatial places designed to do one thing. Impress, cause envy and come off as portraying the owner of this place is a cut above the rest of your hoodlums Chummy. All those low life's that populate the Earth sneered at by the hoity toity.maine lake fall foliage colors photo

The art of snarky, name dropping is wasted in Maine small town living.

Instead we put the energy into pitching in, volunteering.

Helping others out instead of it is all about me.

When you cruise the net and study other online real estate markets, the presentations, there are a slew of websites that promote, pitch to the blue blood audience members.

The "know luxury you alone that is part of a rare breed of excellence are privileged to or deserve. (Hurling sound) Excuse me. I could not even pretend to be a half way decent peddler of properties for the buyer who has an ego or insecurity as large as a solar system. Get over yourself.

Maine strips away the store bought accessories and trappings designed to impress.

maine moose photoThis New England state bordering Canada is real, raw, all natural. Unfiltered and friendly.

Not pretentious.

No spaces reserved for snobs.

You neighbor is four legged, furry, does not talk much.

Not out to impress.

Does kinda wonder if you might be carrying some apples, carrots, a coffee can of grain with corn and molasses in it.

We blog for fun on our Me In Maine channel. We try to portray what it is like to live here, spend time in Maine on our local community video channel

Our blog corner on the real estate for sale in Maine websites cover practical time, money saving topics. Educating on the how things roll here, what to expect and always trying to be as helpful as the local tour guide as possible. maine farmers market photo

And sometimes it is all about pushing the keyboard to the side.

And just planting image seeds of Maine to show the puzzle pieces.

Pictures, photos of Maine are worth a thousand words.

Cut to the chase.

Shows what is important to the locals that live here full time.

Make the point in the connection over the wire or through the airwaves.

The beauty of Maine is the places you hike, bike, snow sled or ATV four wheel to that man did not make.

That money can not buy.

These settings in Maine are spiritual and hit you deep.

Are not something you shake or forget. And you need to return to continue the experience that calms, soothes, relaxes so so completely. Is something missing in your life? If I was a betting man, I would bet the whole farm that is it because you are not in your right place. All about where you hang your hat now and wished you did not. maine white water rafting photo

So a big part of our job is being the Kit Carson like scout. That is already here, goes up ahead and reports back to the guy and the gal on the other end who is out of state, the country.

What's around that next bend or over that hill ahead answered.

For the audience member just tuning in.

Who has never set foot, put his paddle in the water to move around, explore and discover in Maine. But who needs help getting on the inside track as if he did while still afar. Save a place, put him in that boat.

To make sure he is up to speed quickly and to feel comfortable about this is the place to land in Maine. Satisfied, ready for the moving on to sharing some information from their end. Getting around to showing me his or her "gotta have list". The "don't want list" too. Spelling out the timing, the budget for buying Maine real estate. And then the matchmaking in the price range the Maine real estate buyer needs to stay, play in the current inventory pool can begin.

Hello Andrew,

The snooty need not apply - love it!

Bean suppers, working on kid's sporting, musical, church productions, spending time on the crystal clean water, filling your lungs with fresh Maine air. All the store bought is removed and replaced by nature, settings without wall to wall people and crime. Rural living is healthier and you appreciate everything you have which is more than enough. Kids are more resourceful too. Workers not sticking your hand out with attitude of the world owes me a living. Mainer's are hard workers, community builders, good family members. Taught to respect nature and pass along the precious settings in better shape than you received them for our short time on Earth. Good stewardship happens. Passed on.

LL ... They only made one.. Maine, hear her whispering? Don't keep her waiting so long, get here quick as you can. As often as you can.

CA ... Nope... it is all about the buyers, sellers, promoting the local area and nothing personal. Put the attention on the real estate dog and pony.
