Hello Andrew,

You make Maine so appealing...but I can't do those winters!

Good morning Andy. Some farm properties are more difficult to get mortgages for, overall condition is often the challenge. Nice job with your videos.

Lisa ... Winter are not a chore for me... the favorite of the pretty special four seasons. Get off the count, invest in some skis.. the cross country or down hill or snow sled or snow shoes. So much happens in winter... if you are cold, you are not dressed right. We have 19 degrees for an average not 50 below.. and it is just white fluffy snow, not freezing rain or damp air. Come dry it. Do these Maine people look cold?

JP ... We do so so many so cash. With Maine land, owner financing. No bank, or the seller wants the investment secured by his farm or land. Nice little annuity gets set up. Win win. List, sell. (Repeat)

CA ... Videos are a must when our buyer is 8 hours or more away. Delivery like pizza hot and piping, tasty has to happen to avoid the "I'll be up there sometime, in a few months". Other stuff crowds into the out of state buyer's life and the opportunity is wasted when the property catches his eye but can not act on it. Video instantly transports the buyer to the community, the property listings in it.

Andrew,

Some of the most fascinating places I visited are right there on the farm in Maine. Many can be used for opening up a business. I've been to one that made wooden canoes, opened it up to book groups and writers, bed and breakfast.... the list goes on. When you own a farm, you have treasures to share with the rest of the world!
