Have a farm for sale in Monticello Maine.

Showed it Saturday but after the walk through with a Boca Raton Florida real estate buyer that went well, took out the Brownie Hawkeye.Just the same. To snap, shoot, collect.

To one by one hunt down the best angles for the new images of the exterior. To reflect changes to the Maine farm house's pretty outsides. New standing seam roof is sharp. The landscaping of the shrubs, other ground work maine farm photomeans new images needed.

To make it move it on over. To add to the what is currently being broadcast for a presentation now on online for all to see.

So the buyer that has been following the property listing until their out of state real estate sells knows things on this end just keep on getting better and better. Nothing let to slide.

Maine real estate property owners with the means to keep their listings up to snuff help in the partnership.maine farm house photo

To find a buyer for the property that is not just local.

That starts the wolf whistles, ooh la la's in the what they see, hear about from the other end.

Hi Andrew.  What is the cost difference between that and a asphalt shingled roof?

Andrew, the new roof really adds some sizzle to the looks of this home.

Tim .. Thanks, farms in Maine for sale are part of what we do in the real estate dog and pony.

Hannah ... The farm home, land link with asphalt roof and inside tour.

JP ... The buyer that we showed the place too was impressed. But in this job it is about lots of bread cast out on to the marketing waters. That works best... lots of buyers at a time, one one by one brought in. Video hits that sweet spot of mulitple folks and is always on, never shuts down or operates on 9-5 schedule.

CA ... Standing seam way more expensive than just metal with the fasteners explosed. This Maine farm owner did not want asphalt again which would have been cheaper and only one layer on the roof. Lots of owners would have gone that route to save coin. But this one had done a down to the frame restoriation so nothing done half baked, no corners cut. Not going to finish the real estate movie that way either! Makes my job easier.

Gabe ... Santa and the reindeer don't like them as much as sleigh runners get caught, reindeer playing their games can slip and fall. Snow just whoosh... slides right off.. no ladders needed.
