Clients do let you lead your life and even respect it! We work when we are available..I so agree..doesn't have to be the whole week-end. Great post..you do have to take your operations on the road especially for those late night prowlers who are always internet surfing!

Hi Andy, It appears that you are well prepared to take any buyer or seller needs. You're right about those late night searchers. We do need to have a way to communicate with them too, since many are looking for quick answers.

Good post. I agree our office is always open. Buyers can check out our listings online any time and call us any time and leave a message.

DD ... Our office IS online.  Vending machines stocked in all the niches. For all the audience segments.

Jerry ... Open houses in jammies, after hours. We see in the logs how many folks toured the places. And the rugs are in super shape, no diesel fuel tracked in, nothing broken by runaway kids wired on sugar. Videos are all the doors are open, help yourself anytime you want from far far away. No delay.

Joe ...It is all about the million little details... the devil in those loose ends.

CA ... You grab and go when the buyer can. All about them, if they are qualified. Ask questions, set expectations.
