Maine Real Estate For Sale !

You May Doze, But Your Real Estate Office Today Never Closes.

Sleeping with one eye open in the listing, marketing, selling real estate properties.

The rattle and hum buzz is not limited to 9-5. The on and off switch in real estate inventory access has  been bypassed. Duct taped over, hard wired welded to stay wide open, full throttle.maine farm animals photo

Because property buyers and seller's lives don't start and stop.

It is not touch and go, delays. Made to wait. Only green lights in property listing promotion, exposure work best.

Teasing, delaying, making anyone kill time they don't have today causes only one side step to happen.

Flit to someone else in your real estate local market that is open and now serving, 24 hours a day.

Don't make them hunt, peck, have to wait.

Make everything available online with an real estate office that never rotates the open and closed sign in the front door window. The neon lights around the property listing beehive don't get switched off and burn brightly. Saying, showing, broadcasting we are open and ready for business.

Videos for real estate open houses round the clock do this best. Help yourself happens and the site real estate vending truck photolog results prove the point that folks do.

Digging in for rewinds, second, third helpings of show and tell, we're going in and out on our time frame.

When the busy buyers and sellers of property listings are available to focus on what's available, how's the market, etc.

Stay awake, be alert and like time to make the donuts, never close your real estate online office for those late night got the munchies.

Take the operations on the road. Give the audience property listings of all sizes, prices, locations to munch on. Details rolled out on how the real estate listing and sell process. How it works behind the scenes with blog posts, videos ready and waiting. Idling like a real estate taxi, vending truck to deliver hot and fresh, all the time.

Yes, it's Sunday and it's off to work we go.  No such thing as a weekend for Realtors.

Hi Andy, It appears that you are well prepared to take any buyer or seller needs. You're right about those late night searchers. We do need to have a way to communicate with them too, since many are looking for quick answers.

Good morning Andy. I am fortunate that I have been doing a better job the last few years when it comes to down time and my support staff makes me look good.

Make it a great week!

Hi Andrew.  So what is a week end in the real estate business?

DD ... Our office IS online.  Vending machines stocked in all the niches. For all the audience segments.

Jerry ... Open houses in jammies, after hours. We see in the logs how many folks toured the places. And the rugs are in super shape, no diesel fuel tracked in, nothing broken by runaway kids wired on sugar. Videos are all the doors are open, help yourself anytime you want from far far away. No delay.

Pat ... Thank you, the feeling is mutual in your market.

Ed .. Exactly, so stock those shelves.

Joe ...It is all about the million little details... the devil in those loose ends.

CA ... You grab and go when the buyer can. All about them, if they are qualified. Ask questions, set expectations.

GB ... Let it all hang out online. Hold nothing back.
