Roger. Roger. The guy and gal in the audience drives the process. When you see posts that poke fun at buyers and sellers and agents, brokers that have to put up with them ... those tone, attitude blog posts show the less than 100 percent loyalty, appreciation, the privledge to list, sell, involve those necessary components in the real estate process. All about the approach to the match making. It is all about making sure the buyer and seller are treated first class, put in a category 12. With the "how can I help you today' smiling sincerely. Eager to please. Don't make those buyers and sellers feel dumb.
