Maine Real Estate For Sale !

On Cruise Ships They Call Them Snow Flake Dances, Ice Breakers.

You take a trip, new strange place or location, your kids want to mingle, make new friends.

The crowd ice breakers that happen on a cruise ship are many to make sure all the family fits in, blends and chills together. It's vacation. Everyone wants to have fun, usually under the sun during the day. Star filled skies on a background of black velvet, on moon lit nights.maine cows grouped photo

Snow flake dances are the kids are paired up with total strangers that each pick from the crowd.

Each has to tell the other their name, where they are from and during a dance, everyone coupled up around them is doing the same thing.

Until after a few minutes, a whistle is sounded.

The music continues, like the dancing. But new partner, picking someone you have not danced, talked with happens. And continues until there are no strangers in the room. Or at least you have a dozen new friends to hang out with during the week's vacation.

Pairing up buyers and sellers of real estate listings is like a snow flake dance.

The professional real estate agent, broker, REALTOR makes sure to have the property listings available 24-7-365. Online and ready to dance, take a spin, twirl.

Videos for real estate do this best because it is like all the listings are holding open houses. Round the clock and not just a sliver of time for a few hours hit or miss. Available on the schedule that is pretty tight, busy, hectic for the wild blue yonder real estate buyer. Limited on time but wanting to see what is out there to connect with, check out, consider. The distance the buyer and property listing are apart should not stall, limited it's consideration. Video erases that gap, all those miles. The travel time costs are zero. maine flowers bee photo

But the fear of real estate video production continues even though having them increase the odds of a search engine sniffing them out, holding them up and showcasing them on a front page query display is 50 times higher.

Making it easy and removing barriers, delays in getting the information about the local area, the property listings for sale. Streamlining the many media streams that need planted, weeded, feeded, watered daily means there can not be bottle necks. Sharp corners, jagged edges polished off in the busy bee buzz to serve it up. What's on the menu that is special today to sample in full, rich, never skimpy or fat free, high school skinny. But with second, thirds, help yourself anytime helpings.

Your real estate marketing should not be limited, on a diet. i love maine button

All presented in the easiest, fastest, most convenient and immediate way for the real estate buyer. No matter what device they are parked in front of, holding in their lap or just one hand. Tethered with a mouse and a ready trigger finger or through the air signals you broadcast loud and clear. Round the clock.

No hassle, easy peasy in and out of one after another property listing.

So more real estate listings are toured, considered. And make the cut to jump to the new, revised list of what works best, is as near a perfect match of buyer to property as exists.

Easy show and tell information transfer using the eyes and the ears for a more memorable strong one maine cow photoconnection.

That is the essence of what we do in the list, market, sell (repeat).

And we find that video for real estate property listings is the by far most all around best vehicle to make those deliveries, all important connections.

To stand out from the herd. To make one of all the properties for sale rise to the top.

To be singled out as the one for me.. for the buyer in the audience that need to feel it is all about them. Moo. That only one person, just them is the center of attention. Has the total focus. It's all about them.

With real estate buyers all over the blue and green revolving, slightly tilted amazing marble.

Are you using real estate video in your local community splashes, your property listing marketing presentations?

Very good analogy Andrew, I like the entire thought process that went into this post.

Roger. Roger. The guy and gal in the audience drives the process. When you see posts that poke fun at buyers and sellers and agents, brokers that have to put up with them ... those tone, attitude blog posts show the less than 100 percent loyalty, appreciation, the privledge to list, sell, involve those necessary components in the real estate process. All about the approach to the match making. It is all about making sure the buyer and seller are treated first class, put in a category 12. With the "how can I help you today' smiling sincerely. Eager to please. Don't make those buyers and sellers feel dumb.

What a great analogy, Andrew.  This does make perfect sense.  I will show this to Chief Cook, too, she will like it as well.

Videos are great. I love to use them with my listings. Just wish there was an easier/quicker way to post them.

Hi  Andrew Mooers   Your tit;\le was a "grabber" - it sucked me right in.  Seriously, your ability to identify a problem and delineate a marketing course of action speaks volumes about your professionalism
