Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Real Estate in Maine For Sale | Bigger Land Acreages Not Necessary.

In Maine, the land around your structures, houses, camps, farms comes in acreage not inches.

Not that way in the tight confines of a concrete jungle, urban living. Space is not a premium in Maine, it is a given. Heck where I live in the Crown Of Maine, the largest of the sixteen counties that makes the protective umbrella for the rest of Vacationland, we have 11 folks per square mile. In a land mass the size of Connecticut and Rhode Island combined.maine land photo

So smaller when doing the cake walk for property listings, just land in Maine is fine and dandy. Really.

Because next to that couple acres of low priced Maine land, you often border hundreds and thousands of acre tracts.

Those strongly held, large chunks of Maine property acreages, often woodlots are super neighbors.

You play on the trails with snow sleds, ATV four wheeling outings or hiking. On a pair of cross country maine lake photoskis and then return to the couple of acres of Maine land. That serve you just fine.

And like a restaurant where you don't scan and memorize the menu items when it's time to fuel up, some folks close the plastic protective list of food offerings.

And ask the waiter, waitress, the server what do you suggest? What's good here in these parts? Sometimes big , cheap, low cost Maine land parcels bought by a group of your sporting buddies, family members works just fine.

A few appetizers, tid bits, small Maine land offerings for property listings to consider.

The fact they are low cost make the land in Maine deals all the sweeter. No giant debt, mortgage hanging over your head to dampen, take away from the four season fun you can have with Maine land.

Using it as your staging area. To explore, discover, tramp. Maine, it says on the bottom of every vehicle license plate what we have for a nickname. Spelled out in black and white ... V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N-L-A-N-D.maine welcome sign photo

Tap, watch the videos for smaller, affordable Maine land.

Maine, big, beautiful and only clean water, fresh air served up with every property listing, real estate offering.

Noah ... Have to tell it like it is. Maine is not spoiled by over population, the number one killer of paradise. Bar none. Just too many people. Is not a good situation.

Joan ... Lots Of Land In Maine. We sing that song, stock the shelves with all sizes of Maine land inventory.
