Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Real Estate Videos | Deliver The Local Area Flavor, Property Listings.

Nothing does the heavy lifting of ME real estate marketing more completely than a beefed up, high powered video channel.

A media stream of show and tell to deliver the local community flavor. Give a sense of what it "feels" like in these local parts. When you are actually there.broadcasting on air light photo

And once that is established nicely with the out of town, in another state or country, solar system buyer, it's moving right along to the curb appeal.

Of each listing that shows up in the video playlist of the agent, broker, REALTOR's real estate properties for sale inventory. That need outside, more than just local town boundaries sizzle, radiation, exposure.

Greater reach with a healthy frequency. So the audience for each of the property listings in Maine is the largest possible. All the time. Round the clock. Not limited to 9-5 office hours, take a number, have a seat tease. Videos do the show and tell non stop, no interruptions so they are always ready to play. Replay, to see how the property listing "parts" fit, flow.

If you think, see, sense the guy or gal in the real estate audience, he or she like you and I are pretty busy.

Tasks, a job to do, family and community responsibilities right? So because I live in a small rural market in Northern Maine, traveling here to see first hand all these low priced, high value property you tube logo photolistings is the carrot.

But it is a couple days down the tubes to fly or drive, link up in person.

And the associated costs involved and then when the outside Maine real estate buyer gets back home, all that was put off, dropped is staring down the double barrels of neglect.

So it is one major upheaval, expensive decision to "let's go to northern Maine and tour come property listings, see the local turf. Way things roll there". And once and done is not the way the biggest investment most of us ever make is handled. More trips, and please remove the pressure. Ticking clock.

Videos for real estate, mean the curb appeal extends way beyond the street. All the way up to each and every front door on the listings with entries that are always lights on, unlocked.welcome to maine sign photo

Ready when you are real estate buyers to tour, gawk, consider.

Same with the real estate offerings that have no front, side, back doors and just land of all types.

Get the same let's walk and talk and scope it out matchmaking, try this on for size, fit  treatment.

Just like if they were physically here in our small Maine town.

And one by one toy with the idea would this property listing in Maine fit my needs?

We have over a million views on one real estate video platform because they work. Simple, not mooers realty video logodesigned for slick spun entertainment, done on a shoe string production. But with over 800 videos under our belt, practice does help flatten the video learning  curve.

The one of dialing in what works for my market in Maine real estate using blogs, websites, social media but the most misunderstood star of the marketing family, video.

Andrew

Videos are a big part of effectively marketing and selling real estate. It can a big difference between selling the real estate or the real estate not selling.

Good luck and success.

Videos do the transfer of information so well if not a slide show and just music bed. But real full motion video. Seeing, hearing, helps retention, removes the gray areas a few images, couple lines of description don't provide.

Videos, properties deserve them, sellers and buyers expect them. Or will get that treatment from agencies that provide them. Not just for the most expensive properties either. Across the board.

Hannah ... Every community sparkles, has something unique to share. Don't keep it a secret right?

LJ ... Here for help if you need it to nudge the process. Here is something we wrote in Inman, real estate video do's and don'ts learned along the way to get you a leg up. Use what you chose.

Will ... Can't stop now, the word is out. No secrets.

CA ... Soldier, yellow eye, jacob's cattle baked beans for you my friend. Eat up. Work to do, don't want to waste the daylight.

JP ... You know what I am talking about. Army of one means overhead for real estate video crew is minimal.

Video is so important and something I need to get back to. For a long time I had some unwanted attention and deleted all of my videos. A video has a wonderful shelf life and needs to be utilized in today's real estate market.

Andrew,

Consider this my personal Testimonial to you. Although we never met, I have lived and worked in Maine for a period of five years. There is a culture in Maine that is so special. From your posts and your awesome videos, I can honestly say, you're not pretentious. The way you represent the State of Maine on your blog and the way you professionally market your area through videos and blog posts is honest and true of what I know about the people and the State of Maine.

Since I lived in Maine, I've visited many times. Each time I went, I noticed somethings never change. The State of Maine is beautiful, unique, wholesome, and some of my best friends came as a result of my personal experiences in Maine. You seem to embody the culture with class, style, authenticity and expertise. By the way, my son asked me to go to Maine next summer with his family. My son and daughter feel exactly the same way I do.

Thank you Andrew for being a true professional. That's my opinion and in my heart, I know it's true.

I do believe in video marketing, but I haven't taken the time yet to commit to it. Thanks for the little kick!
