And once and done is not the way the biggest investment most of us ever make is handled. More trips, and please remove the pressure. Ticking clock.

Videos are a big part of effectively marketing and selling real estate. It can a big difference between selling the real estate or the real estate not selling.

Videos do the transfer of information so well if not a slide show and just music bed. But real full motion video. Seeing, hearing, helps retention, removes the gray areas a few images, couple lines of description don't provide.

Videos, properties deserve them, sellers and buyers expect them. Or will get that treatment from agencies that provide them. Not just for the most expensive properties either. Across the board.

Video is so important and something I need to get back to. For a long time I had some unwanted attention and deleted all of my videos. A video has a wonderful shelf life and needs to be utilized in today's real estate market.

Consider this my personal Testimonial to you. Although we never met, I have lived and worked in Maine for a period of five years. There is a culture in Maine that is so special. From your posts and your awesome videos, I can honestly say, you're not pretentious. The way you represent the State of Maine on your blog and the way you professionally market your area through videos and blog posts is honest and true of what I know about the people and the State of Maine.

Since I lived in Maine, I've visited many times. Each time I went, I noticed somethings never change. The State of Maine is beautiful, unique, wholesome, and some of my best friends came as a result of my personal experiences in Maine. You seem to embody the culture with class, style, authenticity and expertise. By the way, my son asked me to go to Maine next summer with his family. My son and daughter feel exactly the same way I do.
