Real Estate Blogs... Playing, In Store For Property Buyers, Sellers.

The property listing buyers and sellers, they tap into the watering hole of your real estate blogs.

Check out the posts if you are in the habit of hunt and pecking. Inserting local images and embedded videos for show and tell easy. To round out the online experience. No shortage of topics and it's just about a regular habit of posting on all your real estate blog posts. Setting them up to broadcast, transmit from a different wiring array. maine lake island photo

Then cross pollinating, weaving in the message from one in a hyper link of another blog post.

Building, increasing the knowledge on a topic. No blog post is an island and is a puzzle piece. That goes together for the grand plan in your marketing.

Updating and making a blog post done two, seven years ago still pertinent, a worthwhile read. An online reference. That only improves with age.

What's playing on other channels that if you only hang out in the Active Rain sandbox others miss. Have no idea about.

andy mooers ice cream photoShake it up, move around and post on a bunch of real estate blog platforms. Going after segments, niches, genres in the audience out there in the wild blue information highway yonder.

More than one real estate blog channel planted, weeded, fed, watered works best.

And just for fun local community blog posts on stand alone word press, whatever platform side courses.

To compliment and round out your real estate blog post, website, video and imagery channels.

That make the rounds on your social media medley of spots to add to the reach, increase the frequency, exposure for what you do.

That should not be kept in the dark, a secret.

To show the audience what it is like in the area, spaces, haunts around the real estate listings, sticks and bricks.

Andrew, I do get into a rut, and only respond to those who have made comments, and this morning, perusing the blog roll.

Rut's happen but if you have different colored wires harnessing all your work, each new blog posts put on each is more fun. Not the same old same old. Like technical about making real estate videos, but on another platform it's all about a new waterfront listing, and another about shoreland zoning do's and don'ts.

To go hand in hand with each other. Just performing, working hard from difference platform launch points. Write, post, often. Have another domain that has been parked, but needing to be put online, live. www.mainebluegreenland.com has been in the embryo stages for years... and it is time to add to the rotation.

Updating successful blogs is a great suggestion. I should do that more often.

Good morning Andy. Not sure why, but I have never gone back to review old post, it would probably be fun. So far have been able to stay away from blogging ruts.

Make it a great week!

What really caught my eye was that triple scoop of ice cream, Andrew.  I'm surprised there were no stains on the blog!

Hi Andrew.  How do you stay in good shape eating triple scoop ice cream?

Posted by Conrad Allen, Webster, Ma, Realtor (Re/Max Professional Associates) about 6 years ago

Good Morning: I enjoyed this post today. But I can't resist laughing at Conrad's comment though. My thoughts for additional comments were distracted and interrupted by him.

Roy ... Building on what you already started, adding more blog posts for the firewood to blaze lots hotter. For the heat to be felt from the sizzle with greater reach to hit more eyeballs, eardrums. To tickle the senses.

Marti ... Thank you for the blue ribbon sticker.

Joe ... Those oldies but goldies have firepower, horsepower that adds to what you do today.

Gabe ... Sticky hands.. happen.

CA ... Real estate is better than a Nautilus, treadmill. Owning a farm on the side makes for a healthy work out.

Maria ... You don't eat that large a helping three times a day. Maybe I have worms? High energy helps in real estate and the size of your shadow. You are not the size of a some planets orbiting moon.

Andrew

Active Rain is a powerful marketing tool.

And that's one powerful ice cream cone.

Good luck and success.

LL ... We'll air drop you one or squeeze it into the wire to head your way All down hill anyway right?

Inna ... Maine, big, value. Same with real estate listing helpings.

Suzanne ... blog often and in all your niche, segment audience hang outs. Real estate is about how it improves your life, what you do for fun and how that location is a fit, match.

Tom ... Video, don't forget vitamin V the most misunderstood marketing child in the family of promotion.
