The Home, 113 Acres Of Land At 808 Skedgell Road Cary Maine 04471

Bed and breakfast, a country inn, the 4 bath, half dozen bedroom Maine post and beam home was one.

What it came into the world to be. Surrounded by the 113 acres that wrapped it in privacy, seclusion. Parked on a dead end road, on the Canadian US Border. With a trail of ATV or cross country ski pathways to explore the Maine land.maine post and beam home land photo

Open fields to plant those seedlings you start, transplant from one of the three ideal Maine home porch settings.

This is one lousy Maine neighborhood for trick or treaters.

No door to door salesmen pitching religion salvation or a product.

No other Maine houses clustered here.

No bowls of candy needed stationed on the stand by the front door.

Or the need to twist and turn. Use dead bolts, chains, cameras or to take extra security measures in the 4th lowest crime state of Maine. As you play with the Maine moose, other wildlife.

But it is ideal if you like the sound of oak floors, an over-sized 3 plus car garage with a man cave, hobby room.

One extra generous helping of doorway. To accommodate your "tall toys". Store them inside. Plenty of hobby and work space too.

East Grand Lake, Maine's top three biggest is two towns away to the south too. Many other waterfront playgrounds, and streams, rivers, ponds to explore.

Has the apples, raspberries, blueberries all established around the Maine home too.

Downeast Maine, the coastal regions around Lubec, Eastport are pretty darn handy too.

Can you say Maine lobster, steamed clams? Sure you can, and will. I knew you could and should.

Maine home, by itself so you can hear yourself think. To enjoy all the drop dead gorgeous space Maine is known for far and wide.

More detailed information on 808 Skegell Road Cary Maine 04471. And if you have a hankering for more land?

Or just Maine land needed... plain and raw without buildings please? Then consider this extra property Maine land listing from the same sellers. It's a 33 acres of Maine land, well, septic, power, waterfront property listing. Asking $34,900!

Maine, it's all about simple living, not over complicating your life. Is that what you are after, missing big time where you now live? What makes a small Maine town great?

Jon ... I like the way your mind works. Thought the same thing and have back up real estate ammo. Lock and load works best in property listing inventory.

CA ... $340K for 542 acres with pond, woods, log vacation retreat is too... come north young man.

GS ... Land... they stopped making it. Did you get that memo too a while back Gabe?
