Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Work Work No Play? Come Here. (Whispering) You Need A Maine Lake Camp!

The fun in the sun when you own, use, enjoy a Maine lake camp.

Some of the "camps" are pretty decked out property listings. With granite counter tops, three car garages for the toys. More like compounds for the loved ones to gather. Parked next to the waterfront in Maine.maine lake property photos

But when the Maine lake camp is simple, living is easier.

Flip flops and shorts, swimsuits for summer living.

Grilling BBQ food, home made potato and macaroni salads.

Hand cranked ice cream. Kids, cousins running, laughing, splashing.

Bottling fire flies. Fishing with Gramps. Getting to know their Aunts, Uncles. Hearing untold stories in their households about when their Mom and Dad were little shavers like them.

Using the same places on a Maine lake to leaf peek and see the harvest colors of fall. Hunt for food to be parked in the freezer. In white paper, in slices to fit their family size.

Or snow shoeing, snow sledding in Maine. Or in retirement to Maine where the Maine loons put them to sleep. The collection begins of sunrises, sunsets, experiences that hit deep places you did not know you had.maine lake photos

Living on a Maine lake, having a camp is hard to describe.

Because besides the way it personally hits you, your wallet and CPA smile ear to ear too.

Because if you are a ways away from retiring.

Getting the watch, plaque and send off party, rent this Maine lake camp.

The second home, vacation camp destination in Maine is one valuable place to seek out.

The same neat folks that want to enjoy the Maine lake rent the property listing you buy each year. For those weeks you don't pencil yourself in for some much needed R and R. To unplug and recharge. Next to a Maine lake, no matter how big and grand or small and humble your "camp" is.

Maine, always pure, unfiltered, all natural. More wildlife, less people and an attitude to be a good steward. Give the property listing, the Maine lake camp to your kids, loved ones. In as good a condition or improved, better than the waterfront property owner bought, inherited it. If you are lucky enough to be, "find yourself" by a Maine lake in your own special camp to enjoy four seasons.

Good morning Andy. Since we live on a lake, I understand. It is always very special and we never take it for granted. Just the way you descibe in your post.

Make it a great weekend!

Looks like a nice summer home. The winters must be quite challenging but I could handle this!

Joe ... It is heaven all four seasons.

CA ... Bingo.

Gary ... We don't have polar bears or igloos. Winter is another season for outdoor fun. Hard to ski, snow sled, ice fish without snow. We are not in the Arctic Circle, have four seasons.
