Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Maine Lakes, Don't Just Hang Out, Float A Boat, Wet Your Line At One.

The attraction of being on a Maine lake, parked up close and personal by the waterfront... it is a strong one.

Getting out on the Maine lake early in the morning mist, beginning scenes of a fresh new sunrise. Sipping from a thermos of fresh hot coffee. Nibbling on a donut or piece of fruit. Sharing the experience with family or friends on board in the boat. To bait the hook. Put it to work trolling or just parked. Stalled out over your favorite fishing spot on a Maine lake.maine lakes photo

Are you in this picture on the Maine waterfront?

Is this what you want to do more of, to add to your free time during vacations, retirement?

There are lots of low cost Maine waterfront property listings to pick from, look over and consider seriously.

But something I have observed if when you are lucky enough to be on a Maine lake, the owner some real estate next to the water, that location seems to be the one and only backyard. Less moving around, exploring, discovering observed by this broker.

maine lake kayaks photoWhen a real estate buyer for Maine properties instead buys a cabin on five acres for recreational use.

It seems he taps into more than one Maine lake. On a regular basis. Branches out more.

Because we are blessed with a slew of clean, unspoiled ones where I live in Northern Maine. Ten Maine lakes or more within a ten mile radius of all sizes is the norm. Happens all day long.

And the close proximity, makes the ease of Maine lake boat launches with slow open incline ramps of cement ribbed gradual ramps. Lots of parking for the pickup, car, boat trailer easy to use. No lines, no fees, no hassle. No milfoil in these clean Northern Maine lakes either.

So instead of married to one lake, lots of Maine waterfront locations get tapped into and enjoyed fully.

So you don't become a one trick pony for Maine lake exposure. The nearby streams for fly fishing, the brooks for trout too get visited. In early spring some fiddle heads get collected along with the fish too in your secret haunts.

So the more space of some Maine land acreage, a small affordable cabin or spot to set up the travel trailer. Those areas to clear a section of trees. Throw up a simple cabin. Makes recreational land near lakes a hot section in demand. Of what we list, market, sell  from the property inventory too. And hopping from the many close to the vacation hideway to the many Maine lakes happens. To sample what is on the area Maine waterfront buffet of offerings to launch from today.

And then when done boating, sailing, fishing, water skiing or your favorite use of the Maine lake, you can trot back to the peace and quiet of space of land acreage. To enjoy the solitude of being surrounded by just trees, no wall to wall neighbors to spoil it for you. Except the Maine four legged furry ones that wander by to meet and greet. Look for a snack. Maine waterfront properties, listings with owner financing help to buy them one of our real estate specialties.

Good morning Andy,

I do love Maine lakes.  Traveling by boat to the local ice cream shop that carries Black cherry, actually the only real ice cream store for me. The ice cream never makes it back to shore.....

BT... Call Home... we have your lake home in Maine. Come home.

Cindy ... We need more than 8 glasses of Maine water a day. Dairy bars are a big part of life after little league games, hot days on bikes, or just a place to socialize while you sample something sweet, cold, smooth.

GS ... These lakes are spacious, clean, Maine loons are fun too!

Good Morning Andrew: I know that one of these days, my son with the company of the furry babies will be visting Maine for a vacation. It is our treat and respite.
