Technical Term Is Ooh La La. Do You Try To Seduce Real Estate Buyers?

Flirting, playing footsie, holding hands, winking at your real estate buyers.

The local area eye candy escorted out to quicken the pulse. Cause wolf whistles. A little lub dub pitter patter inside the ticker. To crank hard, snap around heads. Get those second, third stares that linger like exotic perfume. To demand some high heel, short skirt attention. Kick in lots of desire. To create a little action brewing. Cast a spell.

To stop that potential real estate buyer of property listings in their tracks.

To cause a delicious distraction for a little afternoon delight. But be quick about it. The buyers of real estate are very busy people. Like a record ripping sound as the needle suddenly goes sideways. Eyes front and center rivet. Ears open too.

Struts its stuff if marketing is full throttle, high octane. For the what do we have here? Ooh la la.

Do you market each listing as if it was the last one you ever did, your life depended on it?

What are you doing to spark that emotion?

The tingling sweaty palms. Not being a Siren, Jezebel about it. But to make it more than just sticks and bricks, facts and figures. For the have some fun, let your hair down and start living. Loosen up that tie, a few buttons on that pretty french dress as Rod Stewart croons.

Mixing business with pleasure. Grace Potter points out you don't have to be from Paris to say ooh la la and get excited. To shake your money maker. Use what you got to maximum advantage. So it's hard to look away.

The stuff the real estate property listing buyer will enjoy if they can make the leap. The delicious stretch. To consider what the heck. Sliding between the sheets of 'er... information you prepare. But salt, pepper, seasoned  with lots of wide, exciting colorful full spread centerfold imagery. Plenty of copy, nothing skimpy in the online courting, sparking and videos of the property, the local area.

Racy, sexy, provocative, some property listings just are just better proportioned. Thrilling, built like the proverbial brick you know what. Just stand out head over heels more than others.

See the audience. Do what it takes to connect, engage with all the segments, niches and shake up the approach. Is that the wider appeal part of the presentation in your real estate marketing?

Cindy ... Had an FCC broadcast license at 14 and worked at the local Maine radio station owned by Howdy Doody.

Roger ... The excitement for the property listings starts with the agent, broker, ends with the buyer say "Yes please. Show, tell me more." Give the buyer everything and hold nothing back. Go all the way.

Andrew, you had Howdy Doody as a boss?  That is so cool!  My mother wouldn't let us watch Howdy - said it would rot our little minds.  I think it's because it was on at the same time as Julia Childs cooking show on PBS!

Pat ... Stephen King, the writer too who has a station in Bangor ME right after college! Mom might not have approved of Harry Potter... all that witchcraft, wizardry. If you are strong in your faith, you are more tolerant of stuff. Other's faith too.

Grace Potter creates a catchy tune to stay in your head. So does Paolo Nutile. You want your real estate message to linger, permeate, simmer, sizzle too.
