Lake Homes In Maine, Would You Like To Be Parked At One On The Water?

The talking, dreaming about lake homes in Maine, owning one is over.

Too much time wasted, putting it off when you knew it had tax advantages. Every year your bean counter would say you know Tom (Dick, Harry, Zeke, etc) you can deduct the interest expense, the property taxes on maine lake home living room photothis second home, the Maine waterfront home.

And if you put it in the rental pool because you are not ready to hang it up and retire, the place on the Maine lake can pay for itself.

Same folks rent each year the same Maine lake home vacation week is what you find happens.

And they are out on the Maine lake, in town shopping or visiting the local tourist attractions. Not using or abusing the place.

Just sleeping there. Eating out front on the deck with the gas grill fired up. Taking a dip in the Maine lake. A walk down to neighbors they met who are on vacation too.

Your Maine lake home in the rental pool gets the nod every year. A healthy habit and in no time you have no vacancies, opening for weeks that are not booked early. Put the waterfront lake home in Maine to work until you are ready to slide into the place full time.

The motivation to buy the lake home  in Maine is more for your family. You want to hear those grand  kids, cousins laughing and slashing.

To sit next to the  open camp fire with your brothers, sisters, parents and talk by a Maine lake.

Catch up and pull together family  wise what is happening in everyone's lives.

What better setting than ker-ploped on a waterfront spot at a Maine lake home setting?

Loons singing, water shimmering in the moonlight with the sound of crickets, the lake lapping against the short line rocks.

Everything is all good with a lake home in Maine for a neighbor.

The setting is therapeutic, spiritual, relaxing and you will wonder why did it take so long to push yourself into gear?

The longer you wait, the higher the prices. Take those tax advantages and half the fun of a lake home in Maine is knowing you are headed there this long weekend. Or over vacation until the big full time use shift happens.

Fire away with your questions about building on the water if just a Maine lake lot is the direction you want to head.

Especially if you have a fifth wheel camper just sitting in the backyard that would be doing a maine lake boating photowhole lot better parked on a Maine lake lot.

Start small with just a Maine lake camp or cottage.

Work your way up. So the budget does not get strained too tightly because you added the purchase of a piece of Maine real estate on a lake.

A starter Maine waterfront property gets the ball rolling.

Think about being out on the open water, on a Maine lake having four season fun.

Exploring the woods around it too! Here to help in your search for the right property, the lake home in Maine you can afford and enjoy fully.

So does everybody carry bear spray when walking in the woods Andrew?

Black bears are so so timid and you only see the rear end heading off into an oat field. Signs of them in your garden but these are black bear, not brown Grizzly's. All is safe Conrad. There are 30,000 Maine black bear and you need to weed out 4000 a year or they end up on the roads getting hit, or in your garbage making a mess.

Andrew,

Your video is captivating. Don't know of anyone who would not want to vacation in Maine after watching the video.

Good morning Andrew. You are certainly marketing a way of life and rightfully so. The videos you share are great and give lots of good reasons for prospective buyers to be contacting you.

S and L ... Mission in the marketing accomplished. The idea is to have the surfers "step into the picture", see themselves "in the video setting".

Lou ... Unplug, relax, recharge in Maine. Simple. When you coming up to tour some property listings in person? In the meantime, video curbs the appetite. www.youtube.com/mooersrealty

Joe ... SSHHHhhhhh, don't tell anyone. But videos rock in the show and tell, exposure, reach and frequency. Mum's the word. Thanks.

Conrad ... If Maine passes a bill to limit black bear hunting, auto body, towing companies, ER's and amubulance services will benefit. We need to weed out the black bears. Maine moose and deer not much fun to make your vehicle hood ornament either. Drive with care.

Hello Andrew ... Love the post and the photos! VB was born and raised in Minnesota with over 10,000 lakes to play on. VB loves the water where ever he goes and Maine would be a very interesting place to visit, never been there ;o( ... VB will have to put the State of Maine in his "Bucket List" along with Boston, Salem and some other parts of the East Coast.
