Perfect spot for those with an extended family or possibly some good life long friends who want to be close.

Conrad ... It is for waterfront. But this log cabin home on a Maine lake in the $80's is too. All the fruit is low hanging. Buyers always feel kid in the candy store, ga ga over the rock bottom prices so much different than where they hand their hat outside Maine now.

Gabe ... Exactly. A family compound on a Maine lake... 350' lake frontage is one big piece of Maine waterfront!

John ... You are right.. it is a neat spot to eat fresh Maine lobster, enjoying talking, refreshments as the lake loons begin tuning up for tonight's performance after a super day on a Maine lake.
