Noah ... Easy pickings, all low hanging fruit when less people, more unspoiled outdoors all four seasons in Maine.

Michael ... Each time the connect the dots is dfferent, has to change because no two property listings the same. It is fun to list an expired of brand X and take a completely different, more thorough approach to the show and tell. The what do we have here....?

Mary ... RTZ regurgitate property listings we take, can add up percentage numbers for sales reports. You and I live in these markets, know the people, go to the events and have been here, live here, make the communities alive. Do more on the show and tell of properties, but don't leave out the flavor of the area.

Shannon ... It is doing a more thorough job of the show and tell which means more time spent to thoroughly describe it so the guy and gal on line no matter where they are can know how they are similar, different and decide, filter the one to find the best fit. Give them what they want with show and tell. Video especially, RTZ come up very short suited in something that rocks SEO and ease of delivery wise.

Maria ... Often the disconnect is what is missing. Because the agent, broker has been to the property, taken hen scratchings for details and back at the agency lobby beehive tosses the paperwork, image card to the lady with the bun hairdoo and 1950's cat eye glasses, the shaved off eyebrows and relined with a pencil sweetheart of a lady that has to fend for herself. With a "here" you figure it out.

She puts in "nice neighborhood, nice house, nice town, have a nice life here" and a sameness of missing information happens.  Video, imagery, narrative all change that and and turn on the hot bright lights of being center stage to tell the story, show the ins and outs.

Charles ... I think of wild horses and then onions every time I see your name... and oh yeah, Ferrari's. Red ones. You have a great weekend too!
