Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Common Questions Fielded In Emails, On The Phone Ideal Blog Posts.

When the buyer of Maine land from Montana calls today asking about the cost of a well, the details shared.

Then follow up with an email that expands on the subject of drilling private well water in Maine, more information.

This land buyer for Maine property from way out west had been to New England and asked me about the local maine stained glass window photoweather.

Despite our conversation over the phone, another link gets attached about Maine weather, climate.

And just for added what's happening right now outside, currently, one more link for Maine weather.

Tucked in the information delivery take out bag. To snack, graze on.

Blog posts on FAQ topics beyond just real estate listings are so so versatile.

The links, explanation, details are fully explained out when intially crafted, created. Upfront just one time but used over and over.

Plus a video, audio Maine FAQ version gets watched, listened to and helps reinforce the facts. Removes the cobwebs, lack of details, any doubt. Plus provides a hard copy the Maine real estate buyer can return to over and over. Or share with family, friends, maybe partners in the eventual property investment. Who have the same garden variety questions we get repeatedly.

So blog like it is as important as air, food, water and love.

maine highway sunrise photoWeed, feed and lubricate the other SEO rating boosting platforms but use the FAQ posts like draft work horses.

Because they are and actually save time for everyone. As a resource, a reference for all the parties involved in the real estate list and sell process.

They never go out of style or get stale. Can be added to, improved, gaining horsepower.

As more detail blog posts on related subjects are bolted on.

I double back into lots of past blog posts. And add the after market turbo extras. Weld on the added detail web links. Because these blog posts save time, provide knowledge. Need revisits to evolve, enlarge and keep working, getting results. Eventually they glow in the dark, become high frequency and picked up on front page indexs in searches.

Let's face it. Your real estate property listing buyer is hungry after all that travel on the Internet highway.

maine welcome sign photoThe large national real estate portals herd in lots of property listings.

But as for local information, whoa. Nothing on the buffet cafeteria tray.

Under the glass sneeze guard to pick up and park on that sliding tray on the aluminum rails.

Covering those all important questions about the local zip code's day to day way things roll, shake, jive, sift down.

The community turf surrounding the real estate listings.

The topics, concerns, worries, questions.

This real estate buyer is making some big, expensive decisions.

The ones needing addressing first if you ever hope to move it off dead center. To hopefully a real estate closing eventually.

For the outside Maine real estate buyer to ever continue on to actual real live listing tire kicking, consideration. That has to happen before purchasing those front row seats at the property closing.

Good morning Andy,

Hmmm, great idea here.  I like re-visiting the well oiled posts from the past and re-vamping.  I can say I have done this in the past, but forget about that vat of material too often.  Thanks for the reminder.

Cindy ... Those blog posts are like satellites sending out information, signals and anything you can do to revisit or when you bump into your own work on line with the screwdriver, ohm meter to tweak, remove a wrinkle, add a link or more details is just turning up the volume. It is already set up and we are only talking a couple minutes of "service work" to increase the horsepower of the message.

Well, the weather here is just C O L D!  With about six inches of snow and temps at 1 degrees...I think I am ready for some Florida weather. Good advice Andrew and suggested!

Hi Andrew: This is a powerful tool. The unfolding of how you do your marketing may seem overwhelming but with practice, it might be as easy as ABC. I like Your Piece of Maine video. You have good number of followers too. This means you are watched and viewed. A testament that whatever you are doing, it is working.

Andy, I love how buyer and seller questions asked by one become information for many.  We can generally assume that if one person is curious enough to ask about something, there are others out there with the same question.
