Wow - what a price! I love the built in shelves around the fireplace and I really can't believe this one will be on the market for long!

Folks love fireplaces.  However, recently I have found this is not as important to folks as it used to be.

Wayne and Jean ... Think you are right, have back up real estate ammo.

Joan.... easy to slide in those fireplace pellet inserts folks are gobbling up. Four is plenty, but with one in the master bedroom, living room, den and another bedroom...ideal bed and breakfast option. Has logs are easy to if you don't want to lug wood.
