Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Weather Forecasts, Clothes, Blogging, One Size Does Not Fit All.

Ready To Play Maine Dog Photo

You live in a unique real estate market and no two are the same like the communities the property listings are in.

Just like one local weather forecast, one size of clothes don't fit all in the audience, real estate post blogging is the same way.

The local blogging, media stream hunt and peck approach has to be tailor made to the community you live in to accurately convey the flavor of it.

With each post not a copy and paste. Not a cover or clone of how another blogger covers his local area like a community cub reporter.

But rather home made, hand crafted with blog posts that help the buyer or seller of real estate for your local area. Not NYC, LA, some other burg or village. Give then what they are looking for, attention to details. Make it playful, fun, educational. Make it a constant flow of fresh, pertinent and always, always helpful.

So they come back, know what to expect.

Not just throwing them a bone once in awhile, but putting them on the gravvy train of the good stuff. The ingredients you would want, expect if the shoe was on the other foot. You were on the other end of the tin can and string connection.

To let a real estate buyer who has never been to your home town know the answer to the question "what it is like in your area". We get asked a lot online, over the phone, even standing in the office when an outside Play, Engage, Connect Dog Photobuyer first comes in "tell me about your area".

That is hard in ten words or less to sum up the area you live, work and play and do it justice right?

The local community video playlist is one quick show and tell to begin answering that question.

That is why FAQ blogging posts videos on the area, the community events, local happenings are so important.

So that buyer online late at night is reading about your home town. Watching videos about the community events. And then shifting gears to see about properties.

maine video channel photoActually moving on to look over the listing inventory.

That has the features they want on the top ten list in the price range and location that make it a match. Fit for them.

And just for fun, a stand alone blogging platform for all the rest that does not make the other channels.

So you have a complete marketing array of real estate blogging delivery channels.

Stocked with an abundance of pertinent, helpful posts designed to save time, gas, money.

Information, all types, shapes, forms delivered hot and ready. Like the pizza guy you are some kind og glad to see braving the night. Making the stop, drop. Providing service and being matchmakers means today's real estate professional has to manage the media streams.

To weed, feed, and direct the real estate, local area signal. So the folks in the audience sense, have no doubt he, she is talking to me.

Videos are the best way to show a buyer an area. Looks like you have learned to use this tool well!

L and S ... The pieces of the property listings too. How they fit, go together as you tour guide the buyer through one after another property. And take them to local events you are at, working anyway. Show them, tell them. Bring them along.

You are right...that no shoe fits all. It takes a local expert that will provide the BEEF.

BTW, you won't catch me playing outside in the snow...

Andrew, That is the good part of AR, we are all different and know our markets are too. If we write to what we think the public wants to know and hear we should be fine.
