Nice to have the deer in your backyard from time to time.  Great photos!

How cool is that - exactly what I picture when I think of a Maine lifestyle. Plenty of wildlife loving the wide open spaces...

Great looking place.  Yesterday I was walking to my car and heard a rustle in the woods.  I instantly thought deer.  I stood still and listened.  I heard it again, but was too close to be deer, I would have seen them.  I moved in towards the sound and discovered about 20 wild turkeys running through the woods on the side of my property.  It was pretty cool.

Pretty neat to have those deer in the backyard, Andrew.  Looks like a gorgeous home in a beautiful setting.

Mike ... How about over 540 acres of Maine land... would that suit you better?

Cindy ... You don't want to hit something big on the open road at night. Boys hit a black bear and did a lot of damage but they are fine. Thank goodness.

Gabe... That described Maine to a tee.

Andrew, what a great looking listing and the deer can either be a great asset in keeping the yard cleared of grass or a challenge in planting shrubs and the like.  Good luck selling this little piece of beauty!!
