Not Going To Buy A Mr Fix It House, Want Maine Farm Land To Build On?

Starting fresh, it happens with marriages, relationships and in life sometimes you want to build your own Maine home, on your own property land acreage.

maine farm land photoThis may be what you had rolling around behind your eyes, between your ears.

For a Maine farm missing the buildings that sometimes are a better off situation to the tear down, start new dog and pony.

To know what you have in the long run.

To save money, get what you want for housing, out buildings, the barn for livestock and machinery repair.

Listed this 60 acre Maine farm land and wood lot yesterday and as I shot the property images, the video loops today, thought this would be a neat acreage to own myself.

To clean up the old tree limbs, downed timber to cut it up for firewood. To think about building a cute cape or energy efficient board and batten open concept living area country home. Adding the accessory, auxiliary buildings to complete the self sufficient living off the land approach to life. But then I said Andy, you already own a 300 acre Maine farm, have that life dream in the works so peddle this to someone out in the audience.maine land for sale

So okay, come and get it. 60 acres of Maine land, a farm I remember driving by on my mini bike as a little kid.

That would give you a shot at building back from the quiet year round side road.

Surrounded by trees. Just you, the critters, loved ones, the wildlife out in the country on a back road in Maine.

Buy the Maine property, farm and get a life style.

Get the house in your head you always thought about building.

With the input from all the places you have already owned to date.

Lived in that were like most of the porridge bowls the little gal with the hair of gold had trouble with in the selection process.

All but one were just right. Make that just right home as you can afford and how you want, when you want.

No buildings now to maintain or improve on with this Maine land.

The details on the property listing with 60 acres of Maine land in Ludlow. Priced in the $50's. Has a drilled well that was used on a lot of livestock, for all the farming needs years ago.

FACT: Just got the memo. The real estate in Maine is lower cost, more affordable.

Andrew what great photography you have here. Your video slide show looks fantastic too. A 60 acre farm in Maine sounds like paradise to me.
