House Hunting, Maine Home Buying | How Property Listings Make Finals.

you tube video logo

Consider there are a sea of Maine homes to kick tires on, test drive and end up picking one house above all the rest.

To shine brightest. Stand out head and shoulders higher than any other.

To make Maine home loan payments on until the resale or mortgage burning party. Whichever comes first.

The big "eenie meenie miney moe" Maine home buying selection process.

For a property in Maine to make the cut, the real estate home listing to work its way up into the finals for consideration, the information gathering is a key element.

Because if a scrape of the Maine mls shows just a few images, skimpy narrative to differentiate from the other "yes", "no" and number real estate listing fields, it is like winking at a girl in the dark.

Poor return results. You don't get the intended, hoped for reaction to what she is not receiving for signals.

No connection. A big disconnect.

Time is wasted as frustration sets in. That's no fun. Not productive.

Sure, physically going to one by one Maine home and ending up thinking no, that's not the one. Because of (paper unfolding sound) this long #2 lead penciled check list of what is missing. Where the latest Maine home comes up short. Causing another list, filter to strain the real estate home properties currently available. Being marketed with a "pick me", "hey look over here" random collection of rag tag Maine mls homes to sniff out, examine head to toe. With often limited information, media imagery, copy and no video, not plat maps omaine welcome rock photor details on what is around the property listing that needs consideration too.

What needs changing in the dial it in selection process for the next Maine home brought down the cake walk. To come closer to the target. Make the Maine home buyer smile and say there.

This is more like it. Keep it coming. You have my number, now we're talking. Maine real estate buyers are busy, don't have a lot of free time.

Just want complete information using all the media streams. Weed and feed those channels for the information transfer.

Like a buffet make them rich, full, tasty and don't let them leave your real estate listing property tent hungry.

Don't waste their time on top of letting them skip out, bounce without what they thought they were going to get when they stumbled in. Then surfed out, flit disappointed.

Video for Maine real estate homes works best. Because if done right, the simple, helpful walk and talk tour of one after another home for sale in Maine or other types of real estate listings gives the buyer more information.

Heck he or she is at the property, sees what is happening inside, outside, around the ME real estate listing.

Is able to instantly walk through the property and know at once how the pieces of the property puzzle, all of them, fit together.

maine real estate vending truck photoSweet, neat and complete.

Easy as pie. No matter where the Maine real estate buyer is located in the solar system.

No fuss or muss due to the time of day or night or weather to interfere with the show and tell of Maine real estate listings.

On a small hand held mobile device, negotiating, navigating through the real estate even if optimized is not so easy.

The setting where the buyer has time but lacks much more than the little screen and ear buds or self contained speaker for the information transfer has a bearing too.

Limited but available so start the flow of information as the buyer hooks up, taps in and starts grazing.

Feeding on whatever your broadcast on your real estate video channel.

The by far easy way to bring the new out of town buyer up to speed on the question of "tell me about your area".

To help yourself answer the question asked a lot of "what is your area like?"

Video for community events lets the buyer draw his or her own conclusions. Based on the interests they have, the videos they gravitate to for the comparing of what the places he or she has lived before. Compared to the videos on the local area happenings you post. So the quality of life, how things rolls in these parts is plain as day. Obvious with the show and tell that video provides so memorable. And available round the clock for the Maine real estate buyer to access. Like a public library with audio, video, copy information and helpful links that never closes.

Maine, always natural, unfiltered. Ahhhhh.

R & A ... Waiting for the buyer of real estate to reach out to you, to stumble into the office or call 9-5 is how REALTORS become dinosaurs. Wearing rusty, corroded R's. The buyer wants you available round the clock for their small window of time to graze, connect with your information media streams. Feed those vending machine platforms and have the shelves stocked, ready with lots of real estate ammo, a buffet spread of the good stuff. We may doze but we never close is the new real estate professionals mantra. Or should be.

Pat ... (Air Horn Blast) Beep Beep. Thanks! Door to door deliveries...take it on the road, the Internet information highway to expand your audience, reach, frequency.
