R & A ... Waiting for the buyer of real estate to reach out to you, to stumble into the office or call 9-5 is how REALTORS become dinosaurs. Wearing rusty, corroded R's. The buyer wants you available round the clock for their small window of time to graze, connect with your information media streams. Feed those vending machine platforms and have the shelves stocked, ready with lots of real estate ammo, a buffet spread of the good stuff. We may doze but we never close is the new real estate professionals mantra. Or should be.
