Andrew - This is a great little treasure and you're the right man who knows and understands Life in Maine. I remember how easily it was for me to sleep in a cabin on Moose Pond in Denmark, ME. I had boulders like that at the shores of Moose Pond and the waters splashed, just like that. I always got a good night sleep and woke up refreshed. And of course, I would imagine, Sandy Beach Road attracts Loons too?

Your video is great and so are you.

Pat ... The low cost is the cherry on top with this one. Rent it out if you don't use it now. Until you free up the time, space to enjoy Maine unfiltered. The Maine loons, on the top three biggest, yes, you have lots.
