Uploading Real Estate Property Videos, Or Still Use A Bow And Arrow?

you tube logo

Hunting for buyers of real estate and not one at a time like loading a bow and arrow to single shot but with Gatling gun efficient show and tell video.

Are you using real estate video for your property listings? Do you deliver the local area community flavor, the spark of events by loading them one by one in your video playlist channel ?

When an agent, broker, REALTOR wanders in to a new listing, how to slice and dice and represent the property is always the (fingers weaved together, pushed out with a safe crackers snap) challenge.

Like a blank white canvas for a painter or a diamond cutter with sweat on his brow and upper lip, how to create the best results.

That's always the do or die, sink or swim. The by far best way for a buyer of real estate to on demand open house tour a place is with video.

Because the weather, distance away, limited time to travel is erased from the property listing kicking tires process. The buyer gets into, out and around more property listings on his mobile device, lap or desk top computer. No long hours of driving, highways tolls, plane flight connectors to catch or miss. He can stay where he is, not make a move. Except all that's needed is the tap tap of the screen. Or up and down double pump with the trigger finger. On that ready to roll mouse he commands on his end of the broadcast signal.

Cool, way cool when you stock the vending machines of online blog posts, websites and video platforms with one after another video for property listings, for local area events.

And for the critical how to, FAQ topics that come up all day long in phone conversations, sandwiched in email correspondence.

Video done right up front is the hands down best way to efficiently give the real estate buyers, sellers what they want, need. To make "home deliveries". Like the mailman, pizza delivery guy, the newspaper chucker using quick and easy videos. And the buyer of real estate  will get from you or some other little red hen in the market place. Why the fear of real estate video? To save a trip for the buyer to the real estate office. Or riding around, the hastle, expense of traveling to get to where the fix position property listings are on the planet.

With real estate videos of property listings, more places are checked out. Links sent to family and friends to do the same eye balling, eaves dropping.

The buyer makes better informed decisions because instead of seeing just a handful of images and a skimpy write up from the MLS scrape of yes, no, number field property information, he "buffets" not "snacks". No tid bits to tease of limited information but full blown seven course meals of the whole nine yards happens. Because video is 30 to 50 "photos" a second and natural sound from the property listings, the local community beams the buyer to the GPS coordinates. Weave in the aerials, the survey plats, fact sheet slides of the highlights. Energize (Star Trek oscillating sound of image magic dust particles fading in and out) and over and over transport hundreds, thousands of prospective buyers. To your home town events. To what you list, market. Want and need to sell. Use videos to get more round trip first class tickets to real estate closings to happen.

Because real estate is a business, a numbers game or hitting the moving targets and increasing the impressions, reaching more prospective customers with greater frequency.

All done as low or no cost as possible. Because your profit is often in your expenses in tightly run businesses that are the only kind that survive, prospers today.

Learn more about making real estate videos the easy way. Don't take a bow and arrow, knife to a gun fight when video is a cat's meow for marketing real estate listings, local areas of the state you live, work, play in.

Maine, big state, less people, more outdoor fun, beauty, wildlife.

I'm just starting to do video. Do you have any suggestions for easy to use editing software. I'm starting to think there is no such thing.

George ... The reason lots of folks wearing the R drag their heels is the thought the video has to win a Cleo, Emmy, Golden Globe. It has to simply be easy, straightforward and one by one deliver usable, helpful information. Video is the best way to get to know someone many time zones, thousand of miles away. It's face to face conversation or easy talking without a script and like you and I at the diner eating our morning eggs. And conversing. Or should be. Think purpose rather than award wining and clever, over the top. Those flop. Video is much more personal than a telephone call, email and overcomes the distance away you and the person on the other side of the World have. Really opens up International markets.

Debbie... Start with simple local events where you just start and stop the red blinking light. Before trying to master the full blown Sony Vegas suite of editing software. You need to learn to edit but if you shoot thinking of limiting the transitions and time to slice and dice before rendering, uploading it helps streamline the process. But the first videos just have your standard intro, outro and the sandwich is the event slice you capture and share. Then venture into property listings but along the same consistent approach so the buyers know what to expect and come back for more as you keep feeding the video channel.
