Video | Like To Be On The Waterfront In Maine?

When the temperatures in Maine rise, so do the calls about waterfront property listings.

new limerick maine river home photoThe email servers heat up and the common request is tell me about what you have for sale on a Maine lake, river, pond and even the oceanfront.

The by far quickest way to avoid leaving anything out is by showing, telling the buyer using video for Maine waterfront listings.

There is nothing like hearing the water lapping on shore out front of a Maine lake home, camp, cottage.

The soud of Maine loons and the sight of a sail boat plying by. The fisherman casting with the sun setting behind him and birds singing.

Kids splashing and the loops of outdoor BBQ's, kayaking and water skiing all making the video for a Maine property listing.

That transports the buyer far far away to the Maine waterfront.

Suddenly they are wearing swim trunks, a bathing suit, in flip flop. Can smell sun screen. Hear summer time feel good memory making music.

Because video, real video not a slide show is the transporter. The strong signal that out of town Maine real estate buyers pick up, hook on to and with  tractor beam ease  get tugged to the local zip codes we serve.

Here, have something cold, refreshing to drink. Take the trip to Maine, to be at the lake, river or both.

Andrew, What is the highest temp in Maine?  I can imagine that since it is in the 90's and 100's in the Maryland and NJ area, folks are flocking up to Maine.  I suppose the best time to buy is in the winter?  Perhaps view one of your videos and make an offer when there is a major snow storm?

You can get over 100 but it is not the temperature alone, it's the humidity that can make one feel dog tired, out of gas and not so productive if you are a little red hen farm hand kinda guy or gal. Hard to hustle in the heat.
