Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Down Town Houlton Maine Gearing Up For Midnight Madness Tonight.

When you live in a small Maine town, you know most of the local community members.

This morning on the way to a Maine real estate closing, the hustle bustle of the downtown around Market Square and Main Street is because of Midnight Madness tonight. The area businesses put on their best sales, to invite and entice the shoppers to wander to the downtown. To see what they are missing, to socialize, to hear outdoor music, get some locally prepared food delicacies. Like a dough boy from Sadie's Bakery tonight.

Laurel Veysey is sweeping off the Houlton Lodge of Elks front steps this morning. Vendors are one by one setting up their tents, tables to peddle their wares. It is like old home week, lots of reunions for schools, and plenty of wedding planning is happening at the same time the Fourth of July festivities kick into high gear. Nothing to do this next few days and need a road trip? Head to Houlton Maine. See a long list of fun recreational options to make the trip memorable, worthwhile.

The Maine weather is cooperating and the sun is out which has been a little MIA this summer so far.

You can hear, see, experience it with a video on a past midnight madness, other 4th of July state fair happenings.

Midnight Madness, Houlton Maine Video

Maine small towns really turn out for the local events and they are all home grown. You work the events and with your friends and family put on the show. Instead of paying the price of admission. And show up, have fun and leave. See all the Houlton Fair events planned for the next few days, click this helpful link.

Maine, big state, more outdoor natural fun happens here and it's always, always outdoors.

Andrew, I enjoyed your video.  You captured the sights and sounds of last year, which would be similar to the 2013 event.

Pat .. Happy 4th of July.

P & S... You are at the events anyway, capture and upload those local community happenings. Your buyers want to see, hear and feel like they are right there with you. They are with real video.
