Maine Real Estate For Sale !

Videos For Marketing Real Estate. What The Buyers Wants, Will Get.

You are one busy Maine real estate buyer with a burning desire, money smoldering in your pocket to invest, to buy something.

But you are out of state, the country, many miles away from where the property listing is parked. And before looking over the selection of what looks good on the menu, what is for sale today, you have to be brought up to speed about the area surrounding the sticks and bricks.

Videos do the best job no matter where the buyer for Maine real estate is located now.

No matter what the weather at the property or where the buyer is tap tapping the smart phone glass surface or scrolling down the glowing lap top screen. The real estate buyer is not just local but even the ones that are suddenly find a window of time at say 10:30 at night.

They want to stop and shop and kick tires on the newest property listings. They are not 9-5 fixed hour oriented. The days of so called "banker's hours" are over.

The real estate office hums, buzzes and whirls at high RPM's round the clock. You may doze but you never close and the limitation of only listing and sell to local buyers is long gone. Or needs to be unless you want to go extinct. To lay down and die. With a corroded, crusty rusty blue and gold "R" on the loud plaid out dated sports jacket.

There are some in the Maine real estate industry that talk about how whiz bang video marketing is but stay in the breakdown lane.

And will admit, there is no good reason for not using, implementing real estate video. And at the same time, went into another blog post on Active Rain yesterday that touted the firm used real estate video for marketing. But when double clicked, it was a tad over a minute of slice, dice and pulsating in and out, turn yourself all about slide show acrobatics.

Not full motion, no natural sound video that would transport the buyer to the Maine property listing.

One after another property listing should be the expectation delivered on, presented. The stumbler of travel, time, weather, jobs, kids, life no longer stalls the search for real estate, amooers realty screenshot photo new area to relocate, retire, invest in with video.

The market report videos are great for sellers of listings. For the heat, coolness, temperature of the local market to understand what's moving and shaking. Or not.

But the buyer that makes the purchase, fuels the process is waiting.

Standing around and wishing a portal for one after another Maine real estate video was idling, ready and waiting.

That is why we use the show and tell marketing stream of video, not a glorified slide show.

In addition to Maine real estate websites, direct mail, slow drip email, blog platforms and social media round robin salt and peppering of helpful time saving links.

Real estate video, why the fear of making them?

Maine, big state, less people, more wide open unspoiled outdoor living happens here.

Dear Andrew -

Having finished writing a Market Report about one minute ago - I really appreciate seeing this post you did. I plan to take time and review it very carefully for good advice.

Thanks and have a happy day -
