Front Row, Ring Side, Best House Video Seats Of The ME Home For Sale.

Ever watch a NASCAR race from the swivel arm chair pretty handy to the bathroom and kitchen refrigerator for pit stop snackage?

video camera photoThe best seat in the house is often at your place, where you hang your hat. Because of all the angles of cameras from overhead blimps. Inside the loud car with shifting engine sounds, driver frustration chit chat channels open wide. Live, raw, colorful and heated with the up close, personal.

You would not get the same experience even though you could add in the smell of aviation grade, fuel activator colored bigger number octane exhaust. From high up in the rows and rows of bleachers. Unless you score front row, pit road, or corporate sponsored cubes to watch the crank your head round and round of blur left hand turns.

With real estate videos, not a slide slow regurgitation and crazy transitions, your buyer is in the front row, ringside close.

At the property listing with on demand show and tell. Hearing, seeing everything about what's going on in the neighborhood, what the back yard, street scene and other handy features like the school being only a block away because like the spaghetti, it's in their with video.

So easy, so mobile, so right here and now in the instant delivery of the property listing A-Z to the buyer. No requiring him to make plans, reach out and schedule a time to tour for the initial tire kicking. No delay in the selection process of the court and spark. Match making of the right home, other types of ME real estate listings. To quickly bolt on to the size of the horsepower of the wallet or purse the buyer is packing, carrying.

With real estate property listing video, every buyer flys higher, gets an upgrade with better connections, easier World wide delivery options round the clock. Your real estate office never closes.

If you think about it as a buyer, and all you have to make the most important, largest, most scary expensive purchase of a life time, how can he or she feel good about it with just a MLS scape?

Of information that is yes, no, maybe and often missing. Pretty skimpy and mostly number fields for covering lots of ground quickly in mass syndication. But that leaves out the essence, flavor and what the heck actually distinguishes this sticks and bricks from that one three townships away? Besides price tag? Comparing apples and oranges without enough information draws the wrong conclusion, out of whack expectations that just are not reality, accurate.

And we all know missing information causes confusion, delay and the fire in their belly to know more and buy this one fades before getting around the race track inside his or her head.

To even have a chance at the checkered black and white flag selection as the one, the winner. Because other events, life challenges active rain logoand obligation kick into gear. Steals the show as other thoughts beside the house crowd it out of the memory banks. Or causes the slippage off the to do list the buyer of real estate carries as the property listing gets away from them.

Video keeps the property listing front and center.

Fresh, real and here she is complete. Live and local, in full color with natural sound if done right and consistently. The buyer can revisit, send the link to friends, view on a simple smart phone. Nothing dumb about that right? Real estate video, the property listings, buyers, sellers deserve them. Are you shooting, editing, rendering, uploading real estate videos?

Maine, large four season unspoiled  state, less people and it is kind of a big thing.

Your videos are great!  I do mine a little differently, but all in all they get the idea across to the buyer!

Every real estate market, type of property and pricing is different. So the approach matches your personality and the flavor of the local area the listing is parked in. Thank goodness we all are different, aproach with different creativity approach for the take away. Be you, not scripted, video often for property, local events and go easy on the branding. Andy, what a great analogy! I'm not a NASCAR fan (don't tell anyone) but I am a fan of your videos!

Andrew you do videos so well, you even have the voice.  When I think of Maine and Maine real estate you come to mind.  I also know I can find a video about a variety of subject on Maine.  You sure put buyers in the front row seat.

Andrew:  I like the personal touch narration, very complete and informative.  Log cabin on a lake does not get much better than that!

Jane ... Thanks. Talking conversationally like you and I if at a local diner works way better than scripted announcer guy dubbing in a voice track back at the studio. Keep it real, in the field and natural sounds to add to what the viewer, listener is tapping into on your video / audio signal.

You do the best videos, Andrew. I'm just getting started with video. I have a lot of work ahead of me. I'm still looking for a good editing program that is easy to use. It seems there isn't one out there.

Andrew, videos are high in demand and not many Realtors are doing this quite yet, so you are the cutting edge Realtor!

Andrew - A video definitely paints a more clear picture than a slideshow.
