So for many we sell a piece of Maine land, a property to a buyer who just likes owning it.
An insurance policy. Just in case. If they have to bail from where they live grabbing a few things and pointing it north up Interstate 95 to Maine like lots of the Stephen King books outline oh so well. Knowing it is there but often they are 13 hours away or more.
